Unsecure lockers. Our lockers were broken into, thieves were caught on camera. Cameras should be motion sensing and alert some one to review, easily done remotely, when there is after hour movement. Ceilings are chicken wire mesh so it is easy for thieves to climb up and over into the storage locker. Other trades lockers were also hit. Thieves had the place scoped and knew who, how and where to strike. If you have anything of value, especially tools, you can find more secure options.

It is super easy for anyone who rents from these locations to break into other's units by simply breaking open a flimsy wire mesh, as each unit has open wire mesh at the top for fire safety protocols. Our unit was broken into extremely easily and precious items stolen.

Why would anyone trust a storage unit that can be opened by climbing on top of a unit and opening the roof by brute force using hands without even using tools.

I highly recommend for your temporary storage needs. Excellent, professional service at a clean and well-maintained internal self-storage locker facility. There was no trouble cancelling, no "accidental" extra charges. The lockers are not cheap, but priced consistently with similar self-storage facilities in central Vancouver.

I was in need for a safe reliable storage for a period of time . As I walked in the staff was very friendly and helpful . Starting from the front desk all the way to each unit the place was very clean and well maintained. They prices are very reasonable for the location, they have always discounts for new arrivals , they have a good variety of lockers from small to big units. Easy access, easy parking , easy elevator access, good hours of operation. I definitely recommend this place if you looking for a storage space, Go check it out . Everyone in there is very nice , kind and friendly, my assistent was Michael who was very helpful and knowledgeable about his work. Thanks for that .

Life was hectic - the renovations on my new house weren’t done but I had to move from our home. So I booked a storage unit from Michael at Public Storage on West 3rd in Vancouver. Easily done and there was a sale on to boot! But then the place I rented for temporary housing had a huge basement. - no need for storage right? So I cancelled my unit. No problem. No cancellation fee. But then on moving day I discovered we have TOO MUCH STUFF and it wouldn’t all fit in the basement. I called Michael again and he found me the perfect unit available immediately, and managed to reactivate the sales price I originally had. Fantastic! The move was smooth, and our stuff is safe in a clean secure unit - now if only the city would give us a permit so we can get renovating everything would be perfect!

I had an excellent experience at the Kitsilano location! Michael was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, making the visit smooth and enjoyable. The facility is clean, well-managed, and creates a welcoming atmosphere. You truly feel taken care of here!

Evrim, Typhoon, and Michael at West 3rd Public Storage were incredibly helpful, kind, professional and diligent. They made renting a storage unit and making different arrangements very easeful. In addition, the unit and overall space was very clean and accessible. Thus, I would rate our experience as excellent and we would gladly reuse this storage location again if needed.

I had to get a storage locker for a last minute move and the team here is awesome! Very helpful and friendly in explaining all the basics and making sure I had everything I needed. Pricing is reasonable and the facility is spotless, easy to access, and I feel very confident that my possessions are in the best hands. Highly recommend!!!

We are so glad we found this place to store our stuff for moving house. Very professional service and easy admin process! The team were super friendly and helpful, and made sure everything was going well. The storage space was clean with very good ventilation. Location is great, too!

They make this so easy. Sign up online, stop in for a quick tour get your entry codes and it's done. (I do appreciate that they walk you through the process, make sure your codes work / I know what to do to avoid an issues). I needed a temporary storage space for equipment and supplies getting delivered during construction. Having easy access (early am to 10pm) made it super easy.

Michael and the team over at Public Storage were very helpful and accommodating, which made for a very quick and easy move-in! The location is great, and the hours make for flexible access to the unit which is very helpful when you're using the unit for storing event materials!

I recently rented the smallest unit at Public Storage, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The unit is very convenient and the flexible access at any time is incredibly helpful. The manager, Mike, is super professional and nice, always ready to assist with any questions or needs. If you find yourself needing extra space, I highly recommend Public Storage. It's a great option!

Very helpful folks. After a short appointment, I was given a tour and clear instructions. We moved all our stuff the next day and found this to be the simplest part of moving.

We had the same locker for close to twenty five years and never had a complaint. We were able to access the locker safely at any time we needed to however at 90 years old it was necessary to dispose of the goods in the locker.. I nrver had much need to contact management but on the few times I did I received answers in a speedy and courteous manner
