I stored my van here for the winter
The snow was always plowed and no problem with access to it
I had a problem with starting my van when I was ready to take it back home because the battery was frozen and I went 5 days past the end of my lease but the management was understanding and did not change me for the extra days

Needed the storage to pack away and declutter when selling our house. Couldn’t ask for better service.

The customer service at this location has not met our expectations. Unfortunately, the staff were unable to provide answers to our inquiries, often responding with "I don't know." Additionally, we found the premises to be unclean, and the condition of the bathroom was particularly concerning. We decided to cancel our storage contract before the deadline; however, we have continued to receive invoices. When we addressed this with staff in-store, we were advised to disregard the invoices due to some necessary processing time. Despite this, we have now received two invoices without any resolution, and we have been unable to find assistance. I submitted a help ticket requesting contact, but we have not yet received a response. Our attempts to call have also been met with a message indicating that calls are not being accepted. This situation is frustrating and disappointing. Once resolved, we will reconsider our future use of this establishment.

Fair price, great hours, Great customer service, very informative & patient. Had the storage unit for quite a number of years and in that time never had an issue! Would definitely use them again if the need for storage arises again!

This place puts stuff in your locker AFTER you move out of it and then harassing you and about other people for them not answering calls while working! It is none of my business what others do. Do not use them and when you tell them the day you move out they will still bill you for the following months and add interest. They will also try and report you to credit bureau for other people too as well as yourself and say it was you when it's them that scam. They are very rude customer service. I have all the email proof and refuse to call and have them twist things around. The worst storage place I've ever used my family has had issues with them too.

Service was great. Friendly and very helpful. Got to choose from a couple of units and got what I needed. Great job.

Althought the storage unit itself is very clean and well maintained, customer service is HORRIBLE! I am trying to renew since 3 months, I had to send multiple emails and calls before being responded. After, they made me sign an approval to debit directly from my credit card. I gave ALL my details and told them to reach out to me if anything. The renewal date came and no withdraw on my credit card. Went to their office on business hours, a car was parked, but the store was locked. I knocked and had to call to PUBLIC STORAGE customer service. They tried reaching the general manager but couldn't. I waited 20 minutes and knocked several times. No one ever opened. I the sent them an email and called again, no reply.

My initial conversation with them was on November 21st, now it is February 14th (3 MONTHS LATER), I got a non-payment notice by email and no answer from them.

I am not impress with customer service.
If someone reads me, I am offering my service as part-time employee to you because I KNOW I could make this business better.

Update

The day after I published my review, I called again and they transferred me to the manager. The manager has rectified the situation, and we renewed the storage unit together. She was really nice and I was glad I was getting heard and followed by concrete actions. And for those who are wondering... no she didn't offer me a job :P
