Completely disappointed and frustrated by the lack of customer service from babyrama. 3 weeks outside of when my crib was to be delivered. I've had a baby and babyrama has received payment in full well over 5 week ago but still no crib. How's that for customer service? No updates unless I call the store and each time I need to explain my situation again. Totally frustrated and completely disappointed.

We were excited to find a Stokee Changing Bag, ended up ordering online, lead time was approximately 20 days. Following a few weeks we decided to call and inquire on the status, following a decent wait time, consumer service stated that it will take 20 days following the order, as an alternate they suggested a different color that they had in stock, unfortunately we were not interested in alternate colors. This week we called to follow up as 20 days have passed, the response from customer service was "we will not order the item until our minimum quota for these items is fulfilled and at this stage we do not know when that will be". Following a dispute we decided to request for a credit and go looking elsewhere. It is unfortunate, we were looking forward to the bag as we are now nearly due, now we have to order elsewhere and being all over again. My frustration is, why in the world would you advertise and market a product and a lead time that you cannot fulfill, or in other words will not fulfill due to minimum order or shipping. Just ruins the baby shopping experience and frustrates clients, very unprofessional and poor choice how to conduct business.
