Staff are always friendly and accommodating. The location is easy to get to, and having an elevator makes getting to the units virtually effortless. There are also ground floor options. The availability of the rental truck made choosing this location a no brainer. They definately thought out the best ways to make storage more convienient for their customers.

I am so very pleased with my heated storage unit. The friendly, professional staff helped in everyway possible. The use of their moving truck was so very appreciated and cheap! Very clean and very bright throughout the space. I would recommend this space to anyone.

Just paid for a storage locker I won in an auction and while doing so, I met Bernie and Heather. Both were very, very nice and helpful. The front reception area is really nice and isn't what comes to mind when you think of a storage locker business. There are leather chairs and it's very modern and quite inviting. The lighting in the back. where the lockers are. is very good and it's really clean inside. There's a large elevator that takes you to the 2nd floor and the doors on it are wide. Very good experience and I'll get a storage locker there if I ever need one, especially if Heather is there.

Bernie and his crew at the Halifax/Bedford location were exceptionally
helpfully throughout our entire move in. Sentinel has it down to a science and it's easy to come and go while your contents are being monitored 24/7.
Would highly recommend Sentinel, and will use them again.

Staff are quick to respond to billing inquiries. The facility is clean, heated, and well maintained. Security is a high priority and staff will contact you regarding any issues with your unit. Overall highly satisfied with the facility and the friendly staff and the easy access to the unit.

We had previously rented a unit from one of your competitors in Bayers Lake. Was not pleased with service at that location. Office was not helpful. Searched on line and found Sentinel Storage. I can not say enough good about this office. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful. They can not do enough to assist. I am so pleased with this location and the excellent service they provide. Place is clean, climate controlled, easy to access. This is my second time storing my stuff here.

I have now been with Sentinel storage for 5 or 6 months. I have had nothing but good experiences with them. They made every effort to make my move into the unit as painless as possible, engaging in some pretty amazing mental "gymnastics" to get me the type of unit I needed in the location I wanted. I check my stored items monthly and have no complaints. The service remains of high quality, even after all these months. I highly recommend this storage location and company over others in the HRM, in large part b/c the service provided is so steam-lined during set-up and so worry-free during the period that items are stored with the company.

Our company has been using Sentinel for just under a year. They have been easy to work with and reasonably priced. They were very accommodating when we recently went through a personnel change. As long as we need storage - we will use Sentinel.

I researched several storage facilities in the Halifax area and even though I found one slightly less expensive, the service I received at Sentinel was by far the best and was the most convenient location for my needs. Site Manager Bernie Jessup was professional, friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. The facility is spotlessly clean, well lit and very secure and the fact that I can drive in to a garage to unload and load my home staging inventory is a huge plus for me. I would not hesitate to recommend Sentinel to any my clients and family.
