My sis and I decided we wanted to have e-cigs, so we found this shop on a Google search and went in without ANY knowledge of what we wanted.
Raquel greeted us, and walked us through various choices before we settled on which starter kits we wanted. She explained everything PERFECTLY, was amazingly patient and kind, extremely helpful in suggestions, and 20 minutes later, we had our first e-cig starter kits.
The product is DA BOMB! As a pack a day smoker, I've not had a cigarette in the five hours since I've been home! No matches, lighters, ashtray, "smoke" or smell.
The whole experience has been amazing, and I don't know why we waited so long!
