Place looks good on the outside, big, accessible, full of new, shiny equipment...That's where it ends. I was with them for 7 months trying to get a manual wheelchair. They won't intially tell you that 90 percent of their business is retirement homes/hospitals. (I found out months into the process.) You'll notice that the showroom is dead when you walk in. Take my advice and walk right back out. All of their "salespeople" are "out in the community." I ended up trying to deal with a manager for 7 months who knew nothing about chairs yet kept me on the hook as she presented really well. Over 100 emails later (yes, we were emailing about everything, it was too much bother to call me despite me telling her repeatedly we needed to sort out the mess) I got nowhere. Manager was ill for FIVE WEEKS and still didn't turn me over to staff and I got stuck waiting around for her (one of many delays) It ended for me when she FINALLY turned me over to "her best wheelchair guy." and he couldn't even be bothered to contact me when I lost my funding and needed another assessment through an OT (therapist) THEY were supposed to arrange. Never heard from anyone again. This is just a fraction of what happened in 7 months. If I went over the detailed mess you would be running in the other direction, so please hear me when I say these people aren't worth dealing with, and find a smaller dealer.
