We used the Solution Build group because we needed to put a rental suite in our basement. We live in Brampton and know a few of our friends that used them and were happy with the result.

We moved into our house a few years ago and thought it would be a good idea to make some extra income. Our basement was unfinished and needed a separate entrance. Solution Build finished the basement with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and family room and the Separate entrance. All with permits. Everyone working at our house was very kind and helpful, and the price is very reasonable especially for the quality of work.

I was a little hesitant about adding a second story to my former bungalow in corktown- it had been my house for over 30 years, and the last thing I wanted was a contractor that didn’t know that they were doing. I found Solution Build by driving through the neighbourhood and checking out a house that they were working on –luckily the builder was present when I stopped. I spoke Yousef, the builder of the home and discussed my plans of adding a second story to my house, to which he said it could be done and showed me the addition and extension that he did on the same house, as well as the underpinning. I knew right away that he knew what he was talking about and asked him for a quote on my house, to which he checked out the same week. He then sent me a detailed report of the project that included all aspects of the Reno and the price for the materials and labor. After getting a few more quotes I chose to go with Yousef and he started on the planned starting date. I was very amazed not only by Yousef’s management but also the team’s workmanship and knowledge. The project finished right on time and the end result was better than I had imagined thanks to everyone at Solution Build.

I purchased my home last summer, and wanted to take down the wall between the kitchen and dining room. I had a lower budget but wanted it done properly without any complications. I called Yousef from solution build group inc. and he said it could be done easily. He came to my townhouse with a plumber to make sure it could be done. Once we found out that it could, and he took measurements and proceeded to design my kitchen. It was complete quickly and looks amazing! The layout is more than I could have imagined, and the quality of the cabinets, especially the crown moulding, is very high end. I would highly recommend Solution Build Group Inc. to anyone.

Overall, Solution Build Group Inc. did a wonderful job, from the design stage all the way to the finished product. Everyone that worked on our project was very attentive and helpful throughout the entire process from start to finish. They took the time to listen to any concerns we had and reassured us that our expectations would be met. Me and my husband purchased a house this summer and wanted to do some renovations and upgrades throughout the house before moving into it. Going into this huge renovation project, I was anxious from the horror stories I had heard from friends and family about their past experiences. I had started my research looking up different companies and getting multiple estimates and came across Solution Build Group Inc. and their online reviews were very good and their website was the most professional I had come across. The Project Manager, Yousef, visited us at our property and spent over 3 hours discussing all the details and taking measurments in order to provide us with an estimate. It was only a matter of a few hours which then we received a detailed quote that not only had prices and the scope of work, but explained every stage of work in detail which had a positive impact from the beginning and made him stand out amongst other companies. After his second visit and finalizing some details we had then decided to sign the contract with Solution Build Group Inc. for $168,000 to dig out almost the entire house and upgrade everything from bathrooms, kitchen, basement, new flooring throughout the space, all finished carpentry and painting the entire house. They now finished the project even 10 days earlier than the orginial estimated time which I find very hard to believe. We are extremely happy with the end result and thinking to using their services for some exterior work in the spring. Their workers arrived at the site on time and were informative and professional at all times. Quality of work was great! They made me feel comfortable when I would ask questioned about what was going on during the renovation. I would definitely recommend this company to friends of mine. The best part about working with this company is the benefits to the relationships they have with many suppliers (great discounts).

My girlfriend and I purchased a hard loft in the month of March. The loft was already nice, but we wanted the space good enough for long term enjoyment. When we initially bought the loft, we spoke to a few contractors and gathered some ideas for the project, however none of the quotations that we received were equivalent to the magnitude of the vision we had for the space. A few months later, I noticed an open house in a lower level, and decided to check it out. The space was beautifully upgraded from a setup similar to ours into a futuristic design that balanced today’s trends with a splash of vintage that reflected the aged neighbourhood where the loft was located. I was astounded by the design, and spoke to the real estate agent as well as the designer of the loft, Mr. Yousef Alavi, and they both seemed very nice and professional. They had listed the loft for a much higher price than what we had bought ours for a few months back, and I thought that it would be a slow sell (much to my surprise, the loft sold the next day for the asking price). I spoke to Mr. Alavi and shared my plans of renovating my own, loft, and he agreed to come take a look and give me a quotation. He sent the quote, which broke down the whole process and it matched our idea perfectly, so I gave him and his team the contract. The whole team was extremely experienced and wonderful to work with, and Yousef was almost always on the jobsite checking up on the work and adding suggestions at each stage. Yousef also added his own touch of using replicate brick and reclaimed wood into our project, which added to the vintage aspect of the home. The project was completed right on schedule, and I could not be happier with the finished product- Mr. Alavi’s remarkable workmanship and experience helped to bring our dream home into reality. Me and my wife sold our condo in downtown, and purchased a semi-detached house in Leslieville, Toronto a few months back and our closing was the 1st of March. the house needed lots of renovation and upgrades, and we wanted to do the renovation before we move in. Prior to our closing day, Ive interviewed many contractors and got multiple quotations, however the one I received from Solution Build Group Inc was much more detailed and elaborate, breaking down the process and list of materials. After requesting to meet and finalize my agreement, I then met with the owner, Mr. Yousef Alavi, who came to my property to finalize the quotation into my final contract, so we could then begin the work. Yousef's great vision gave me and my wife confidence to leave the design and material selection to him. We are now living in a completely renovated home that we both look forward to come home every day after work, thanks to Yousef and his team's remarkable workmanship and attention to quality. we could not be happier with our home, I recommend this company for anyone looking to do renovation and to all my friends and family.

Solution Build Group Inc. was hired for the renovation of my basement, 4 piece ensuite washroom, and custom kitchen on the main floor. I found the company while browsing online and requested a quote, where I was promptly given a call to have an examiner look at the basement. I met with Yousef in the same week, who came and checked the space out, and wrote down what I wanted to create. After viewing the basement, Yousef then emailed me a detailed report outlining all aspects of the renovation, to which I agreed to and him and his team started shortly after. The job itself took 6 weeks to complete, and everything was completed according to the initial plan. The team was very respectful of our space, and aside from moving materials in and out of the house, they were practically unnoticeable. I really appreciate Yousef and his team’s commitment and work ethic, and thank them for doing such a great job. Definitely a company I would recommend.

I have hired solution build group in April of 2016 to renovate and finish my basement as well as two bathrooms on the main and second floor. I am pleased and happy with the final result and would gladly recommend solution build to all friends and family.

My husband and I lived in a one story bungalow and were thinking of selling our place because we needed a bigger place. Then the idea of building a 2 story Addition and extension came up. We did our research and got several quotes, and finally chose Solution Build to start the work. The owner of the company (Yousef Alavi) made us feel very comfortable and involved us in every detail of the project, and provided us with an extremely detailed contract. As the project was large, we had to move out of our house for 12 weeks after the permit process was complete. I have to mention the crew including the framing guys, the drywallers and the tapers, electrician, and plumber, worked all as great team under the great management of Yousef to complete the first phase of the project. As the first phase competed, which was a 2 story addition, and a back extension, which added 18,000 sq ft of living space to our home, Yousef went out of his way to accommodate us and to helped us pick the materials, which some were not even part of his contract to provide. Such as perfect flooring, light fixtures, amazing tiles, bathroom fixtures, and the right colour of paint - from the best suppliers in the city, and allowing us to use the great discounts that he has. His great eye in design, and the great team that he has, helped make the space truly ours. Now we live in this very well designed home, and didn't have to go through the whole process of selling and buying and can still continue to live in the neighbourhood I've grown to love so dearly. I know you and Paul became friends and have been hanging out lately but I still wanted to mention that Paul and I are greatly thankful, and I've already been highly recommending Solution Build to my friends and family members.
