Very grateful and relieved to receive excellent and pleasant service by Michael today. As someone who has never rented storage before I was uptight and nervous. Micheal was great explaining how it works and options. He is a pleasant and patient helper. Also helped my grandson by setting out dolleys to carry our heavy load. The site though very old is clean and well kept.
Signage could be improved, indicating directions and unit numbers on the end caps of each row. Prices reasonable and special discount for Fall gratefully received!
I highly recommend this business… very efficient and also customer friendly.

Michael at Migson Storage was amazing! He helped me find the right unit size by showing all the options and taking the time to explain everything. On move-in day, my movers didn’t show up and I arrived late, but Michael went above and beyond to help me get organized and unload. The facility is clean, secure, and the pricing is very good. Highly recommend!

I’m writing this review specifically to highlight the professionalism at Migson Storage on Gerrard Street. I had booked a unit but, due to personal circumstances, I ended up not needing it. Even though I had already signed the contract and paid for the first month, the team was extremely kind and professional when I called; they immediately reassured me, explained I was still on time to cancel, and quickly processed my refund.

I was truly impressed by their honesty, efficiency, and customer care. Even without using the storage I can confidently say they go above and beyond. Highly recommended!

Great storage space, the staff are amazing especially Mike good listener and great advisor he makes sure you have the unit that is best suited for your needs , this is the best place to store , because there is also cameras throughout the storage no need to worry about your Items being safe.

Conveniently located on Gerrard East, between Main and Victoria Park. Mike one of the employees is very helpful and generous. Attached is a blurry photo of my locker, they have available various sizes to accommodate different needs.

Excellent communication and an easy reservation process. The facility is clean and easy to load. Had a bit of an issue with the contract and they quickly remedied to my satisfaction. Arsh on site was very helpful.

What a great storage facility! My partner and i have been renting here for over a year after being referred by a friend, and we could not be happier! We recently upgraded our unit to a bigger one as we’ll be moving and they made the transition between units quick and super easy! Arsh helped us at the desk and he is so friendly and funny. Top notch experience renting storage space from these folks. Lots of options for unit size and access was super easy. We rented a 10x25 to store items during a move and it was seamless. Staff were responsive and accommodating. 10/10 recommend.

Everything seemed fine until closing. The guy at front desk locked up and forgot i was inside. This was my first day. He didnt check to make sure i left properly. Place itself is what you pay. Nothing special but does the job.

We have rented storage from Migson previously and once again required some short term storage. The people working there make the process easy and are helpful in finding any potential savings! The loading dock is easy to access and main level storage makes it simple to come and go! There are always dollies available to move things from the dock to the locker.

Clean, well lit storage facility and by far the cheapest in the area. This lower price comes with some trade offs though;
- It's right off a busy road and it isn't immediately clear where to park. Luckily, I think they're pretty flexible with where you park as long as it's on their property
- Like I said, the website prices are by far the cheapest in the area. What they don't mention is there is an extra $15/month charge for "insurance" which isn't listed anywhere until you're signing up and they're asking you to sign a form. Most other storage companies seem to let you know about this upfront or include it in the monthly fee - but it must help their marketing play.
- The second floor is the cheapest but there are no elevators to help you get there. So if you have a lot of heavy things, best to get a unit on the main floor.

Overall an okay storage place for me who will visit 3-4 times a year but if you're coming from a Dymon or Access storage, know there are some tradeoffs for the lower prices listed (+$15)

I came into this storage facility and I needed an emergency unit for something important and the manager there named Marc was incredibly helpful and so nice. He gave me the most accessible unit for my needs and made sure I was a happy customer 10/10

I’ve used Migson Public Storage for vehicle rentals and storage, and cannot say enough good things about Marc and his team. I would highly recommend them if you are in East York for any moving and storage needs.
