East Side Self Storage is definitely a 5+ star. I have rented with several storage companies in Winnipeg over the past several years and East Side Self Storage is easily the best. Sheena and her staff are excellent. The units are a good size, clean and secure. If I moved to the west side of Winnipeg and needed storage ... yep, I would still make the drive out to East Side. It's easily worth the trip.

Very clean facility and very secure. Good communication from the staff and easy to get in contact with someone with questions. 24/7 access through a large security gate and specific code for your unit. Would recommend to store your items here!

Fantastic location on the east side of Winnipeg. Great for us lake country folks. Easy check in and check out, now that we have finished renting after 11 months.

Cudo’s to the staff after we signed up last July. They saw that I had incorrectly locked my unit so that it would still open, so they contacted me right away.

Super easy experience from start to finish. The units are clean, secure, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Really appreciated the flexible access hours too—made moving things in and out a breeze.

As you know I love the parking spot assigned for my trailer. It would be really nice if some crushed gravel could be put in the low spot in front of 732. When I back the trailer in or hooking it up, my car is in a spot where I have to step in mud if its wet or raining. Much appreciated.

Elsewhere controlled temp for less or same price and no wasted space having to use pallets also two weeks notice compared to one week or less

Recently on Dec 6,2024, i had to pick up one of my customer from this storage place , i was on big rig but couldn’t get my truck in this storage place so i rent there truck for couple hours , the time i got the truck it was all empty and i returned as i got before, but lady at front said there were 2 moving blankets in there but there was nothing she start arguing with me about the blankets. Just wanna mention i’m from moving company i have 100’s of blankets in my truck why would i take storage blankets and she charged me extra 60$ for 2 blankets which i didn’t took it . Very bad experience with her she was like yes you took it making me feel like i’m a thief . Her behaviour was very rude towards me

Rented there for a few months this past summer. Location is great, staff are amazing to work with, entrance and exit was smooth, locker access was everything you'd ask for. All in all, very pleased and would rent again at this location tomorrow if required.

I rented an outdoor pad to store a camper trailer. It’s the nearest to Winnipeg location I could find. I found the staff very courteous and friendly. The facility was clean and well secured.

The staff was very accommodating when I was in the process of selling my house and required their facilities. I found their pricing vary fair and their storage units clean. i felt my house contents were stored in a very secure environment. It gave me peace of mind using this storage facility. I would definitely recommend this business.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly including the young man I met on Saturday. The lot was cleared of snow and the locker I rented was very clean and easily accessible.

For the past four years, my wife and I have used East Side Self Storage to house our seasonal items that cannot be adequately stored within our garage.
In addition to reasonable monthly fees, East Side's staff has been extremely helpful in meeting our needs, which includes use of their moving van in the spring and fall of each year.
The storage facility is convenient to our residence east of Winnipeg and is secure by using state-of-the art surveillance and coded access systems. We strongly recommend East Side Storage to assist with your storage needs.

The storage facility is always clean and very well lit. Access to the facility is 24/7. It seems very safe. Always a good supply of two wheelers and moving equipment. The staff is pleasant and helpful during the day. Good value for storage very near to the city.
