I have 4 rental properties which I managed myself. After several years of more bad tenants than good ones and several renovations a friend suggested I put the units in the hands of an agent. City LifeStyle Group was recommended to me. I could not be happier with their friendly professional service. They have put excellent tenants into my units and I now have a stress free life. I would recommend them to anyone wishing to rent their property.
We enlisted the services of City LifeStyle Group to purchase a property for us in Calgary as we work long hours and have a large family. We dealt with this Group which was fantastic. They noted all our requirements and called us each week with his progress. They had a low initial fee to get them looking and a success fee if they found our home… which they did. They claimed that they usually take about 4 weeks to find a home, but it took them 6 weeks, which was fine. Job Well done. Highly recommend
