We received great services from Zanjani Cleaning company. The staff were nice and so respectful. I recommend this Zanjani cleaning company for very body.
THE STRING OF EMAILS BELOW ALONG WITH THE PHOTOS TELL THEIR OWN STORY, NOT ONLY OF THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK, BUT ALSO OF THEIR ATTITUDE, PRETTY WELL IMPLYING THAT IT WAS ALL OUR FAULT AND THAT WE SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER. IN SHORT: THEY DID A LOUSY JOB. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY RESIDENTIAL CLEANING.
EMAILS ARE IN CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER, FROM FIRST TO LAST. PHOTOS TO SUBSTANTIATE ARE AVAILABLE.

Subject: House and Carpet Cleaning Issues
Here are photos taken after your recent cleaning.
Note your estimates were provided after you had seen our house and had the opportunity to assess the work, at which time we showed you throughout and including the Kashmir carpet.
Services that we selected included the window cleaning (exterior and interior), carpet cleaning throughout which included the Kashmir carpet, and house cleaning, but we declined the "deep cleaning" which we understood would have added interiors of all cupboards.
Windows - Bedroom (photos - taken as you watched): note the bottom thick with dead flies and cobwebs; interior obviously was not cleaned. Your comment was that your scope included glass only, but window screen obviously was never removed to enable cleaning of the glass. Similar situations remained with 2 windows in the family room and one in the ensuite toilet.
Windows - Family Room (photo): cobweb remains on exterior of left side window along with lots of dirty spots; doubt that this was washed; middle and right windows are cleaner; seems that the left window was simply missed. Similar situation with cobwebs remaining on exterior of the ensuite toilet window.
Floor - Rear Entrance (photo): There were 2 spots on linoleum; one was cleaned up only after pointing it out at the time (after which it took some elbow grease by your girl to remove); but we didn't notice the other until later because it was covered by the carpet at the door
Furniture: was not placed back into the original locations. Excuse was that you couldn't remember where it was.
Living Room: 4 stains on carpet where coffee table was placed directly on the wet carpet without protection; no paper protectors were used to prevent furniture feet from bleeding into the carpet. Please advise how to remove these stains. (since then, have also found very bad stains under sofa legs)
Linoleum edges: floors were "swiffered" but only up to about a quarter inch or so along baseboards, particularly noticeable in bathroom toilets and at kitchen cupboards, where dust and dirt remained along the baseboards.
Carpet (in general): remained very wet - almost soaking wet - for a good 24 hours afterward, and not really dry until after another day or two later
Carpet - blue spots: there are 3 bright blue spots that appeared after your cleaning, one in the back corridor and two smaller ones in the ensuite bath.
Carpet Scotchgarding for corridor heavily trafficked areas: requested, but you seemed to be totally unaware of what Scotchgard was; you mentioned an alternative, but not sure if stain repellent was actually applied.
Water Jug (photo): broken; not a concern (these things happen) except that I would have expected someone to apologize instead of covering it up.
Kashmir silk carpet (photos): cleaned, but marks on the carpet. Some of the edges are still grungy. On your return visit you indicated that it should be placed in the sun for a day to dry and this would correct the problem, but it wasn't doneit at the time because you didn't have anywhere to hang it, so you just left it on the rug inside. I did put it into the sun for a day afterwards, but as suspected, it made no difference because the problem is with the way that the nap lies. These marks are rectangular and align perfectly with your carpet cleaning tool. This needs to be corrected. I suppose that it will need to be taken in to a professional who knows how to repair it. Please advise.
Your response to the above is requested, in particular how to have the Kashmir carpet brought back to normal. Please reply by Monday August 24, latest.

Hello there customer,
We did not say we are specialized for that little carpet. Mia asked us to do it. Basically, that was favour from us to you. We promised to washed it with low psi and we did. If the damaged was on the residential carpet we would take the responsibility but for that small carpet we cannot do anything. We reminded to Mia that the little carpet has to leave outside to get dry but as I came to your house on August 15th the little carpet was not even replaced. We cannot take the responsibility of the little carpet.
Sorry

Not correct !
This carpet was one of the major items we wanted to be cleaned, and this was discussed when you came to view the workscope and quote, thus it all became part of the overall cleaning agreement, not a favour. We regard you as being expert in cleaning as to psi to use, the temperature and other parameters, and expect you to determine and advise the correct procedure, not leave up to us to judge something in which we have no knowledge. After all this is your profession and you would or should know about how to clean it or otherwise would expect you to decline if this was beyond your expertise.
We rolled up the carpet up after it was placed in the sun; and will remain so until repaired.

THERE HAS NOT BEEN ANY RESPONSE TO THE ABOVE, NOR ANY FURTHER COMMUNICATION.
WE TOOK THE CARPET TO ANOTHER CLEANER, WHO WAS ABLE TO REVIVE IT.
OUR HOUSE CARPET HAS VERY DEEP DIMPLES WHERE THEY SET THE FURNITURE, AND A NUMBER OF THEM OF THEM HAVE STAINED FROM THE COLOUR FROM THE FURNITURE LEGS THAT BLED ITO THE CARPET. WHAT A DISASTER !
EMAILS ARE IN CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER, FROM FIRST TO LAST. PHOTOS TO SUBSTANTIATE ARE AVAILABLE.
