BUYERS BEWARE ... Read complaints on the BBB as they will delete this......Wanted to get a lift and have them install led mud flaps, first of all they forgot to program the sensors and then acted if they did me a favour of not charging when it was their fault, had to get it programmed at the dealership, then they quoted me a price and the length of time and appt date/time and they charged double the price and they booked the wrong time n ended up leaving the vehicle and picking up the next day. Spoke to owner Jesse and he basically said he gave "shit" to the salesman but will not do anything. Very bad service and prices can jump double even if you are quoted a price....buyer beware....

Said they had amsoil transmission fluid, went down and they were out of stock. Ok fine no problem, troy I think his name was then said come back the following Monday. That next week I called to confirm his Monday shipment, he said he wasn't sure of stock and to give my number and he would call me back in two minutes.

He has never called back. All I want is some amsoil, terrible service.

Reviews/ rating on LaCustoms Facebook page is not true as I tried posting my experience and it was almost instantly deleted. Check on BBB (better business Bureau) website as this information cannot be altered/ deleted by LaCustoms.

Had 3 things done by LaCustoms.

1. Espar heater: works

2. Air lift suspension: blown fuses, malfunctioning remote, leak in the system, lies about how system works. LaCustoms says there is a problem with the product and their installation is correct.

3. Pacbrake exhaust brake: never worked from first day (October 28, 2014). LaCustoms claims there is a problem with the product and their installation is correct.

LaCustoms claim they will make good for the +$8,000 I paid them to do the work as I do not have the time.

Air lift suspensions claim a 2 hour install time and I've already spent more time going back to their shop and them looking and saying this is faulty. That is why I brought it in!

If my experience has happy ending with LaCustoms I will update otherwise steer very clear of them!

Update: November 26, 2014 I met with the owner (Troy) of LaCustoms and we are coming to a mutual agreement of what will be done to my truck to make it functional. More updates to follow...
