BEWARE OF THIS CRAP STORE AND THE MOST TERRIBLE STAFF!!! Unfortunately bought a sofa from this store. Got the delivery of a damaged product and then starts their ACTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE which is just horrifying. We followed up on the phone, emails and went in store sooo many times but were always stalled with an excuse of low inventory and fake promises to resolve the issue and asking us to wait for a month. After 3 months of playing catch with them, when followed up again, that fake and lying manager characters MANNY AND ABHISHEK say that they forgot about our issue. And their audacity to misbehave over phone and in person at the store. They dont give a damn about your experience or the worst quality of product that they delivered but come around saying that they are the BOSS OF THAT STORE and will not apologize for anything (just PURE SHAMELESS ATTITUDE and no remorse at all for their brat-like behaviour or the type of service they gave). I just pray well for the new buyers and hope that those 2 clowns get thrown away because they have no ethics or etiquette for the positions that they have been assigned to in that store. MAJOR REGRETS OF BUYING FROM BADBOY BUT REPORTING THEM AT EVERY PLACE/SITE IN MY MIGHT. Well now we know why the store is named BADBOY…

They do not have product and refuse to refund money already for 6 months, just hijacked money for no reason,

Absolute terrible scam of a business. They are a sad joke.

Their business model is to sell product they don't have or below cost (that they don't have) and then, issue -- store credit -- , not refund.

With everything shut down, I needed a sofa and loveseat for a new apartment. Specifically looking for a set that was listed as "Available" with "Local Delivery". I found what appeared to be a decent set for a decent price on the Bad Boy web site. Purchased on May 5th and waited for the email to schedule delivery. When I called them on May 13th they said I would net be scheduled for delivery as that set is unavailable with no availability date.

I requested they refund me so I can purchase a set from a local vendor they gave me the run around for a day, sending me back and forth between numbers until I gave up and emailed. Now they are emailing saying I can only get a credit, no refunds. Holy Crap!!! Selling a product they don't have and then holding me hostage to the credit card charge!

While I have filed a dispute with the CC company, Lastman you have lost a customer big time. I have purchased 2 livingroom sets, 3 dishwashers, 4 fridges and 2 stoves from your Kitchener store. What a way to take advantage of consumers during the lockdown by advertising what you don't have and then attempting to scam me out of my dollars.

Be ashamed Lastman, be ashamed!

In July I purchased furnitures at one of your stores in Brampton, the representative was supposed to call and give me a delivery date for my furnitures, however, I reached out to them the final delivery date, they said that they will call back to let me know, nobody called back for 6 days.
After 6 days I decided to call and I found out that they are not going to deliver my sofa but just the mattress, then Vick on the phone arranged the delivery date for the mattress, but unfortunately the sofa will be delivered in the middle of August. I let it go, fine, then on August I called back on the 15th to see when is the sofa going be delivered and of course took 2 days to get a final answer, which was : the sofa will be delivered middle of September. I was so frustrated, nobody called me to inform me about the delivery dates changes and I asked for the manager because I want to cancel my purchase and the representative said that they can not do a cancellation purchase because the sofa was on final SALE. REALLY PRODUCTS ON FINAL SALE?? CAN NOT BE CANCELED? WHERE IS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE?? 1. I DIDN'T GET ANY PHONE CALL IN REGARDS TO THE CHANGES? 2. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY SOFA ON TIME!! 2 MONTHS TO GET MY SOFA! I HAD TO CALL FOR MY MATTRESS SO MANY TIMES TO FIND ABOUT THE DELIVERY DATE!! EXACTLY THERE IS “NOBODY” LIKE BAD BOYS FURNITURES. WHERE IS YOUR STAFF TO CALL YOUR CUSTOMERS AND INFORM THEM ABOUT THE CHANGES? WHERE ARE THE MANAGERS TO HELP YOUR CUSTOMERS? IT IS NOT A $200 PURCHASE, IT’S $3000!! I WILL NEVER BE BACK! HOPE I WILL GET AN ANSWER FOR MY SOFA SOON, STILL WAITING TO HEAR FROM THE MANAGERS.

I have purchased a sofa and bedframe a couple months ago that is supposed to be delivered this coming Saturday. Only yesterday did they call me to inform me that they did not have my bedframe in stock and it will take 3 weeks for it to come. Why did they not realize that they didnt have it when they sold it to me? And why only now did they let me know i wont be getting my bed 2 days before i move in? The service rep was no help at all and did not give a ****! I looked up reviews of the Badboy company and there are so many bad reviews! Also looked them up on the better business bureau and not to my surprise they didnt do so great there either! Anyone know what I should do?

Went to this store to buy a dining set and was very pleased with Mr. Sahil, the salesperson who assisted me. He was very helpful and definitely someone who knows what he is doing and who takes his job seriously. I ended buying a very nice set at an extremely good price. Will def go back to this store for my next purchase.

Hi

I would recommend that whenever the deals are advertised please make sure that the price details are included with TAX.

There should be free delivery charges within some surrounding distance so that customer will feel really very happy about it. Because my House is just 200 meters behind the store and i am paying $55 for delivery which is making no worth out of it.

I would also recommend to provide 1 pair of pillows whenever a mattress is being purchased

Excellent service. Friendly staff. Gave us time to browse and decide on our own, without a salesperson following us. Roger was very helpful. Only had to wait 10 days for delivery. Delivery men impressed us the most. It took them 5 minutes to carry sofa in, screw the legs on and away they went. They were VERY quick and friendly. Good job BadBoy!

My wife and I bought a new dish washer, gas stove and fridge the day after boxing day. We were told that our appliances were going to be delivered mid-Jan. Nearing the end of January, I was told that the gas stove and dishwasher were available but the fridge was not. I decided to hold off to receive everything together. Little did I know that this meant waiting more than a month more.

No one was very proactive in reaching out to me — I spent most of the time calling for updates and I wasn't given much information, other than that the fridge was delayed from GE and they didn't know for sure when it was coming in.

Eventually I gave up on the fridge and asked for them to deliver just the stove and the dish washer and was told that the dish washer was no longer available. Long story short, I ended up having to get each item delivered separately, more than a week apart, months after everything was supposed to be delivered. The most infuriating thing was that I was promised callbacks during the process and they didn't call (something I have zero tolerance for).

They did give me some money back and picked up my old appliances for my trouble but it wasn't without a fight. I hope they are more proactive with the next customer.

I loved that my husband and I could just shop without having someone hanging over our shoulders ready to pounce. When it came time to make a decision there was no pressure. We took a day to think about it. We went back as we said we would, when my first choice didn't work out because of a long waiting period. The put us into our first choice over our budget but met our other purchase price with extras. We have always loved shopping at Bad Boys .... Carrie and Mario

Every time I go in Bad boy to make a purchase there is always friendly face that just makes you want to go back.
I had one off experience awhile back but that did not stop me from making other purchases. The team over there in Brampton is outstanding & always keeps a smile on the customer's face & beats all prices.

Noooooo body deserves koodoos like the Brampton location.
