My 84 year old mother and 63 year old sister went to the store to by a 65 inch tv they were met by the pushiest sales forever pushing the 3 year warranty 30 dollar hdmi cord really tried for sound bar totally overwhelmed and instant regret open box to find damage screen after trying for a few times with store staff with zero help then dealing with the offshore warranty company for two months lawman I guess did her a favor and gave a store credit so she could buy a tv for twice the price and of course more money for warranty tv was not in stock called back there are no more to be had but wait two days later they found one in Lancaster store so ate but tv arrives after being told numerous times it is a new tv comes in retaped box no screws for feet not even a book and a five inch crack in screen contact store to be told its over 3 days it's a waranty thing so here we go again absolutely the worst shopping experience ever and it is far from over im sure dealing with these people i will keep you updated on the nightmare that is lastmans Kitchener out right thieves the only reason I have them a half star is because you can't give them zero

We recently bought a recliner chair with electric recline. We have to say that the service was excellent. A very personable young man waited on us and helped us to make a decision that was right for us. We chose to pay in the 3 month period, paying $300 now and the rest when we picked up the chair which we thought would be the next day. My wife was not well so I had to take her home before the transaction was complete. I took her home and came back to the store and completed it only to find that there were no chairs available anywhere in your chain. It would be the end of October before we could get one. We thought of cancelling the order and did so but then decided to continue and wait until a chair arrived.
We believe that we should not have to pay anything more on the chair until three months after the chair arrived since we had to wait so long and were not informed of the delay until we actually agreed to wait for the chair to arrive. We insist on this since we agreed to the transaction without knowing that we would have to wait so long. We really wanted the new chair within a day or two of the agreement we made with Bad Boy.

Where to start. My sister in law purchased a bedroom set,paid for it to be put together plus paid for a platinum extended warranty.Two months later,she is still waiting for a bedroom set to be put together properly. The first 2 people came to deliver the set and put it together only upon unwrapping the bed,the post on the footboard was cracked.They obviously didn't check to see that their product was in good condition.So back goes the bedpost.Two weeks later,they come back and did such a terrible job,the bedframe was crooked,some bed slats weren't even screwed to the frame,and where they did attach them,they cracked the wood.Not acceptable.After several phonecalls,she was given the impression that they would come back with a new bed and finally have it put together once and for all.Not so.They came back with only the side rails and said that only a technician could put it together.Why didn't the technician come with them ? No one could answer this.Finally,two more people came and again only brought the side rails with no one to put it together.The whole experience has been frustrating beyond belief.She is still waiting for her bed to be put together properly.How long should a person have to wait?Everyone who has come to her home has stated it's not their job to put the bed together.Totally ridiculous.To get the runaround like this is,for so long is beyond bad customer service.Will never buy anything from Bad Boy again.They are very quick to take your money but not so quick to help if there is a problem.

I'mvery sorry but my review is not a good one. It's not about the store or the people that help you at the store because their great it's about the product and delivery. First of all the product get delivered and really just dropped off in the middle of the floor. Second it is rapped with all kinds of sticky plastic rap that is very hard to get off. Then there you are stuck with not knowing how to install the appliance. Our house was a new build and so everything was new and I did not know anything about installing frigdes with water and ice or dishwashers or washers and dryers with steam or special slide in ovens or Microwaves. This ended up costing me hundreds of dollars to have all these installed and I think it should be part of your purchase to make sure the product works. As I'm still having trouble with the fridge door not shutting right.

Ordered an item online to be picked up in store. When I went to the Kitchener location for the pickup I was met with extremely rude sales people. I tried to get the attention of numberous sales people but was ignored. Not even a hello upon entering the store. Yet the elderly couple walking in literally right behind me were welcomed. Once someone finally assisted me with my pickup, they spent 45 minutes trying to find the item and surprise surprise, they couldn't find it. I was then asked to come back the next day. So I went back the next morning and spent another 30 minutes waiting. At the end of it all I informed the girl working at the order desk ( short girl with dark hair) that i would not be a returning customer and asked for a customer service contact. She did not give me said contact and I was told it was currently down due to technical issues. Perhaps some proper sales training would help you staff. Along with an attitude adjustment. It's retail people, you're all replaceable. I should know, I've been in the industry for 16 years. My staff would never get away with treating even one customer like this.

Bought a couch, love seat combo, salesman lied about what warranty we were buying and what it covered. Do your research before you buy. $1500 worth of crap. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS OR ANY OTHER BAD BOY. Every time we called about complaints we were put on hold for 30+minutes with no resolve, sometimes even hung up on because they were "busy". Lied to numerous times. Head office was even worse to deal with.

Great service, friendly staff, great experience. Have dealt with Bad Boys for 10 years, Gold Star warranty best in the business, no hassle. Salesperson Amber knows her stuff and very professional, at no time felt pressure.

After purchasing a dining room table, they told me it will be delivered in 2-3 weeks. After no call after the 3rd week, I decided to call them and see what was up. They told me it's going to be another 2-3 weeks for delivery. Not real happy with them. Least they could of done is call me and tell us, but I had to call them and find out.

Placed the order for a fabric sofa set at the Kitchener store. Within two days I got a call from warehouse to confirm delivery date. Today morning the delivery people told me that
they would reach in one hour but got here within 45mins. They were very quick in setting up the sofa set and were done with their job in 10mins. Very punctual and effective, great service by store manager Jason Voorn and his Bad Boy's team!

Let me say I was very impressed with the lady that helped me shop for my appliances. I'm building a house
and needed to pick out the appliances for the builder. She helped me pick out the right ones to look the best and fit the best. I changed my mind a couple of times and she never batted an eye just switched them out for the one I wanted. She came in on her day off just to help me through this. To top this all off I shopped around and BadBoy has the best prices anywhere. I have been here with friends and relatives and I will always come back.

I bought a top-loading Frigidaire washer this week. Your salesman Bayard promised me next-day-delivery. Your truck was in our driveway at 9:10 a.m. the next day. Excellent service.

My concerns are that the salesman did not mention delivery charges, nor the charge for taking my old washer away until I asked about it when he was making out the order. Also, no-one explained that we were responsible for hooking up the new washer. Perhaps you already have this service in place, but we didn't hear about it in the store. The salesman could not answer some of my questions about the washer, as it was not available on the Frigidaire website, such as length of time the washer takes to complete a load of wash, and how much could be washed at one time (maximum load). Perhaps Frigidaire should be notified so that they could make the tag displayed on the washer and their website more informative.

My wife and I came in to look for a bed and were greeted by Milanka. She showed us the bed we were looking for and gave us all possible information about it that made our decision to buy it very easy. What I appreciated the most was the space she gave us when my wife and I discussed private matters about where how why and so on but as soon as we were ready she was there ready to help!

My husband and I visited your store at 42 Caplan Ave. in Barrie Ont. two weeks ago. We talked with a very personable salesman by the name of Rico Miron. At that time we were not ready to buy. This young man was very attentive and knowledgeable - there was no question that when the time was right he would be the one we would deal with.
Today we purchased the bunk bed, double on bottom - single on top, that Rico had showed us on our previous visit. We called ahead to ensure Rico was working today.
Rico invited us to look around store - we had the freedom to look around without feeling pressured. Rico was not too far away to answer questions that we had. We would tell anyone that this is the salesman to see and go to Bad Boy - it is a great store.
In future Bad Boy is where will shop. With Rico as our salesperson we can't go wrong.

Went in to buy a bedset and was very pleased with the quick service received by two of the gentlemen there. ( Dave and Joseph ) They were able to answer all questions that I had and the delivery time was flexible. Ending up buying a tv stand as well. Their prices are amazing and the quality of products is pretty good as well :)
