This has been a very bad experience with this particular store in London, ON
We ordered 6 appliances in April 2021 with full payment at the time of order.
I never got a call from them that the appliances are back ordered (not even at the time of order was I told). I had to make at least 20-30 calls to get my appliances, that too 1 at a time but till date (10 months) we haven't received the remaining 2 appliances.
Every time they extended the date of receiving the appliances in there warehouse. It has been really stressful dealing with this store's employees.
Last time when I called I spoke to the new operations manager, she was very rude and did not try to help at all.
They have the worst service. I never had such bad experience in my life.

Bought a brand new stove June 26 and doesn't work from day 1 out of box. Phoned up Badboy and they told us it's manufacturer warranty. It has nothing to do with them.

It's like purchasing a brand new car, you get it home and it falls apart in your lane way... umm yeah something is wrong and you end up returning and exchanging for a new one.

Brand new means in working condition. If I wanted used I would have bought used and taken a chance!

My name is John I purchased a love seat in Jan 2015 and have warrant against defects etc.

I have a problem with my sofa the mechanism on one side has given away and is sloped and a piece of wood is now sticking out.

I phoned the repair department and after 2 weeks secured an appointment with the technician who visited my home and told me it had a defective part and some one would be in touch

a week and a half later I finally called the service department and they told me that they had ordered the part for my couch and it was coming from China and would take approximately a month.

I imagine that it will take another 2 weeks to have the technician come back to rpair my couch as he told me he is the only one in southern Ontario doing this for Bad Boy.

when I spoke to customer service I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told I would get a call that day no call came to me

two days later I called again and was told a supervisor would call me by days end its been two days and no call.

My problem is that I will be living with this defective couch its caving in and I am expected to wait 2 months for this probl to be resolved?

What is the purpose of this warranty when customers are left high and dry with not even a return call for concerned customers.

What kind of company would do this to clients and expect them to be repeat customers and not expect them to tell everyone they know and don't know on social media not to buy from bad boys for the reasons listed above .

This is completely unacceptable and your warrant isn't worth the paper its written on and no one cares nooobody!!!

this is bad Karma for your company and I will not let this go until I get satisfactory resolve to this.

I had a very bad experience. I had to return furniture a day later because it was defected and it took approximately 2 months to receive the new one.

We are currently beginning a kitchen renovation and have been actively searching appliances for what brand we wanted and at the best price. We need everything fridge, stove, hood range and we knew exactly what we wanted. So when we entered Bad Boy we were greeted by a young lady by the name of Amber. She was very excited upon her approach and asked questions to find our needs. She then brought us to the kitchen appliance area of the store where we explained in more detail exactly what we wanted. Everything was there except the stove as it was no longer available. Amber showed us another model close to our original choice, She was very helpful in her knowledge and service. We were not ready to purchase that day as we were just shopping around at this point, so she invited us back to their Grand Event with a special invitation and we left the store. Prior to the event Amber called to remind us, and to book a time to come in so I knew she would there for us. On the event day Amber met us at the door and immediately brought us back to the appliances and stated she was there to get us the best deal. With no concrete intentions to buy anything that day we purchased our Samsung fridge and Broan range hood at great prices that we couldn't walk away from.( We did not purchase the stove with Amber as we did find another store that had the only 2 left in the city and we REALLY wanted this particular stove) We are very pleased with the overall experience we had at your London location Bad Boy thanks largely to Amber.

I have been searching numerous furniture stores in London for the best quality sofa and love seat for the best price. At Bad Boy I received excellent, friendly, professional service. In one particular visit a salesman even removed a seat cushion and jumped on the sofa to demonstrate the sofa's durability. All my questions were answered and I was well informed. During my second visit to the store I met Nas. In my opinion he is one of the finest salesmen in the business. His charming personality and eagerness to assist me was greatly appreciated. I can't wait until the furniture is delivered!

We ordered a fridge, stove, microwave, washer and dryer in early March to be delivered in early June. The washer & dryer were on sale (where the store buys lots of items and does a sell-off). At NO time were we told these had to be delivered within 30 days. We got a call on Monday from David our salesman, saying that we had to take delivery of the washer/dryer within a couple of days or we would have to choose something else. We were given a same price item by another manufacturer. Told it was a bit small cu.feet, but not much. We called back yesterday to say that we would come in today - Wednesday - on our day off, to check out this other item. David said he wouldn't be in and to ask for Mike. Which we did. However, Mike was not there so we dealt with Thomas who was incredibly helpful. John the manager was involved slightly in some of our early conversation, when we were told that the items we had ordered were in fact NOT available to us any longer, as they had all been sold. We asked why a SOLD sign had not been put on ours etc. etc. Told it doesn't work that way with these 'power buys' or whatever they are called. So the alternate at the same price didn't appear to have the same features as our original choice and we were in the store for well over an hour trying to choose something else. We settled on a slight upgrade to our original choice and asked what compensation we could have for the ABSOLUTE INCONVENIENCE to us and the fact that we had not been told at any time about the 30 day delivery OR told on Monday that the items were in fact NOT AVAILABLE at all anymore to us. Nor did anyone ever say the words, WE ARE SORRY for OUR ERROR. Surely for $175 Bad Boy could have covered that cost and after reading this, will offer us this compensation. At this point, we will be shopping around in the next few days and if we can find a similar deal, we will be cancelling the washer/dryer set from Bad Boy. Very, very poor customer service indeed from a company that states that 'nobody' is better than they are. We will be very hesitant to recommend you to others. The $175 we paid extra is really very irritating and the lack of proper information and the lack of an apology.

Shawn Sisco-Savage was our sales person as we went in to purchase a new couch and TV stand, he was very informative on the products as well as provided us with many different options. Salesman didn't tell me his name until the end...I also asked him to explain my invoice because I did not have my glasses with me. I initialed and signed where I was told and when I got home, I initialed that it was a final sale, no exchange, no refund, and he did not tell me that. Anyway, I bought it, let's hope it comes undamaged. I also tried to barter the delivery charge but he was NO WAY blah blah...when I live 5 blocks away. Leons didn't charge me! also, the cashier didn't look at me once when I paid. Young and not professional...oh well, bought what I wanted.

After visiting almost every major furniture store in London, we finally went to Bad Boy as a last resort.We were looking for a particular piece of furniture that all but one other store did not carry. However, it wasn't more so the item we were looking for, but the lack of customer service at these other furniture stores that made us leave. Again all but one, the sales people ignored us, although it was quite clear we were looking at particular furniture. The one sales person that did acknowledge us, his store did not carry this particular item. This was our first time at Bad Boy, and we were quite surprised. They have a great selection of household items, and layout that was comprehensive. Our salesperson was Nas Yahya. He greeted us when we walked in and asked if he could be of assistance without being overbearing. From the get go, Nas was friendly and informative. He was able to show us the items they had that fit our criteria. He also educated us on what to look for with respect to the manufacturing of the particular item. His outgoingness and knowledge of what he was selling, completely put us at ease. Nas was great! He 1. greeted us, 2. addressed our needs, 3. made us feel at ease and gave us time to discuss it without pressure, and 4. Fit our budget. We went out looking for a secondary couch and ended up replacing the furniture for our family room. I believe the majority of people leave a store after a substantial purchase with a bit of buyer's remorse. However, with the service we receive from Nas, we left Bad Boy with confidence in our purchase. This is a first! Thank you Nas for taking the time with us and your great customer service!!

Today I went to bad boy after having an awful time at another furniture store by a pushy sales lady, Upon entering Bad Boy with my mom We noticed Shawn Ross who had just said hello at first he was not a pushy salesman he gave us the opportunity to look and when we needed him he came to help us..he was very polite and informative and also knew I was on a budget so helped me with staying on that as well and wasnt trying to push a quick sale...I would certainly recommend Shawn Ross and bad boy furniture to anyone looking for something new.. I am very pleased with my experience today...

Over the past week I have spent about 18 hours furniture shopping in large retail furniture stores in London, Ont. Today I had the pleasure of shopping in BadBoys. My daughter reminded me of a very helpful salesperson "Nas" that we had met about a year ago at BadBoys. We were fortunate that he was working when we returned to shop there today. He made our shopping enjoyable and personable. Finding us the best deal and furniture suited exactly to my needs. We had my young grandaughter with us and he even won her over. Many thanks for the great service , I would recommend looking him up at BadBoys , he made a long week of shopping very enjoyable!
