I have been trying to get my couch fixed since I got it in April. I keep getting the same response ; the parts are coming from over seas. The last two times that I called ; I got voice mail and NOOOBODY called me back. We have since found a pinhole in the material and have to put a towel in the recliner because of insufficient padding . Bad Boy has been told this. To make matters worse ; the couch is on sale for a lot less than we paid. I wonder if we got the floor model. We are not impressed.

My experience with This store was wonderful! The service and advice I received was excellent and genuine. The sales team took time to ensure my needs were met and worked with me to get the best possible deal. My mother and I were very impressed with the way we were treated like a priority... they even made my 10 month old son feel special! A very friendly and helpful team!

We had visited the Bad Boy in Kitchener, where we live, and found a living room set we were interested in. A salesperson approached us and offered to help. She then told us she would give us the best deal. We looked at other items in the store. We waited for the salesperson to return and after 15 minutes left with no furniture because she never came back. Today while on vacation, we stopped by the Whitby store. O'Henry approached us and offered to help. Within a minute he showed us the set we were interested us in, got his manager involved, and gave us the best deal. They were both friendly, helpful and good at their jobs. In 15 minutes we were on our way with the new furniture being delivered upon our return. We would both shop here again. Thank you O'Henry

Don't appreciate paying $40 for delivery to have the delivery people throw all the garbage in front of the house. Very unprofessional.

ALso, in this day and age with technology, a 4 hour delivery window is unacceptable, there are means of tracking deliveries so you don't waste half a day of someone's time while they wait on the delivery.

Won't use delivery service from BadBoy again.

My husband and I visited a variety of furniture stores one evening in search of a comfortable and affordable priced sofa. We were also looking at television sets (not intending to purchase one).
We saw some furniture and televisions but nothing that had a wow factor. Our last stop was Bad Boy Furniture. Andrew introduced himself to us and asked if he could be of any assistance not to hesitate to ask him. We were looking at the television sets and he can over and asked about our knowledge of the different sets available. As we are not knowledge he explained everything necessary to us and we felt much more knowledgeable and able to make a correct decision when we decide to purchase our TV. Andrew was also very informative when we began looking at the sofas. He explained the different leathers ie, bonded, leather, etc. Since then we have purchased our television and sofa based on the knowledge on-line and have spoken to the on-line staff and had the commission transferred to him at the Whitby store. We would definitely recommend purchasing from Bad Boy Whitby if that is the service purchasers receive both in person and on-line. Very pleased

We couldn't be happier with the customer service we received from the Whitby location. Both Nolan and Bryan went above and beyond to make sure we where happy with our selections as well as the deals offered. We are repeat customers and will continue to repeat business with Bad Boy. Very happy overall.

My husband and I had a great experience recently when shopping for a sofa bed and a mattress at Whitby's Bad Boy Store. The professionalism of Lori, our Sales Consultant made it so. She gave us all the info we asked for and answered a number of questions regarding both items. When comparing various mattresses, she remained genuinely concerned about our health issues and aided us in making our decision. We felt no pressure to decide quickly or to spend more than we wanted. Although very busy, she was polite, considerate, honest and very knowledgeable. We would definitely go back to this store for future purchases and hopefully deal with Lori once again.

I was in the Whitby location Friday afternoon tons of sales people sitting in the middle of the floor...I was in there for approximately 45 minutes looking at couches walked around the whole area ...stopped at one that caught my eye I looked at the price ...I say on the couch...I played around with all the colour swatches they had available ...I literally hung around this couch for half hour NOT ONE sales staff got up off there ass to see if I needed or wanted help with anything I walked out but of course I was so wanting that couch I went back in the following day around the same time again same situation all the staff sitting in the exact same location middle of the showroom after a few moments of looking at the same couch finally one woman was the only staff member to come and see if there was anything I needed help with ...she was helpful and I bought the couch ...I don't understand how 2 times of looking at this couch only 1 staff member could be bothered to it cause I was looking at an expensive couch and I look young!...NEVER judge!!...the point of customer service is to do your best to help anyone and all customers that walk through your doors..we come in there for a reason!...laziness will get you no where in life look and act like you actually gave a shit about your customers or a potential customer

Ok so to add insult to injury there was a comment from the store that forwarded my complaint to the GM and they asked me to email them directly and give my information to them for someone to contact me!!... Well Clearly it is not that important to the store to make up for the crappy service that i received a few weeks ago as i sent them my information right away and to this day i still have not heard from the GM about this issue... so much for trying to prove to me that what i experienced that day was a one time thing clearly the staff in this store learn from the GM who is just as crappy with dealing with the customers then the rest of the staff in the store are LOL!! i am thinking the whole freaken store including the GM seems to be retrained on how to deal with customer service before the store closes down due to lack of business cause the customers will not come back when this type of service is being provided

My experience on the week end at bad boy was wonderful. I had a women named Lori as my floor information consultant and she was so delightful. She introduced her self when I arrived in the store, offered up a helping hand if I needed it and then politely walked away leaving me to my shopping. I felt so comfortable and was able to look around without being bothered. I found what interested me and then I noticed her/ only then did she approach me. She had all the right answers to my question which lead me to buying my coach and love seat. Customer service A1. I now look forward to my purchases arriving. I will for sure be back to bad boy because of her. Thank you for the non pushy service.
