After diagnosing that my old water was a dud (which I already suspected), Casey gave me a competitive quote and rearranged his schedule to install it on a Saturday so we wouldn't go without hot water for the entire weekend. He and Will came in and did a very professional job, reviewed what he did, and gave me an overview on how the water heater worked as well as a few tips on keeping it running smoothly. He even called me that evening (remember - Saturday) to check up on things and see how things were going. I would definitely call him again and would recommend him to my friends.
