Called to get information and the guy was terribly rude. I work in customer service and as such am very tolerant of people with bad days, but this guy seemed to have a bad year. Lost a customer and potentially more.

Was there 2 years ago had every miss a payment made on time left Victoria to move back to Ottawa told him I had sent the check to his office he said he did not receive my check which was a bold-faced lie because I contacted my bank to get the check canceled and reissued and they said it was already cashed by the self storage place on and told him that and he goes I don't care what you say we didn't cash the check nothing I said I'm on my way back to get my stuff out of my unit and he goes you have been trespassed and your wife and we don't care what you say your stuff has been auctioned off and there's nothing you can do I said how's that possible when the bank said the check was cashed and he goes your effing lying you're nothing but a crackhead piece of garbage all I want it out of my storage unit was my mom and dad's ashes and he goes absolutely not allowed you've been locked out and trespassed from our facility and I said where is my paperwork and the unit wasn't even in my name it was in my girlfriend's name I would highly not recommend the storage unit place to any one

Low rates, friendly staff. Units sized nicely. Great hours. What's to say? These guys work very hard to make sure you feel welcome. There are only 2 of them and they're open all day, 6 days a week. A great option for those on a budget. Thanks, guys! :)
