Wow - Sinna! You are a superstar! He is so patient and listens to your needs. One of the best customer service I’ve ever had. Sinna deserves a raise! Every sales person can learn a thing or two from Sinna. Hard to even come by decent service these days but Sinna had exceeded my expectations. I came in not knowing what to do or ask for but he helped guided what I need and asked all the right questions. He didn’t hesitate to show me the storage rooms after asking for multiple different ones and even switched up the last minute. He wasn’t frustrated or looked annoyed. I appreciate his patience. Great customer service! I went few days ago to rent a unit! The customer service representative named Nebila was so kind! She showed me few units that were available and allowed me to choose the unit that would fit my needs! She was so patient and had a heart to explain everything to me. She never rushed me. Very quick to help me get a storage for a few weeks as I was trying to move some items out of one place and into another but required some extra logistics. I rushed late to open up a storage but Rose was so helpful and she stuck around after closing hours to make sure I was able to drop off all the items I needed at the storage unit.
