I was greeted with a smile from behind the desk.
The customer service was excellent! They were very informative, patient with my questions and accommodating with their specials, and various sizes of the storage.

I am very pleased I have chosen Public Storage.

We came in 30 minutes early on a Saturday, February 14, to get a rental and Fred was very welcoming, ready to extend help and assistance. He was extremely friendly making us feel comfortable and important early in the day. He was very respectful, apologizing for the delay because the computer is booting up. He was very knowledgeable and knows the rules on the top of his head , and patiently explaining the policies to us. All in all he provided an excellent customer service. It was a wonderful experience dealing with someone like Fred. He is such a joy to talk to. I would highly recommend Public Storage to my friends.

Clean and well maintained facility but poor service and poor communication from the staff. I was changing units and was told I would be able to have the monthly amounts pro-rated so I don’t pay double for the month I move. I ended up double paying, apparently the person I spoke with before moving did not know all the rules. I asked another staff member to reach out to the office and request that the amount I double paid be applied to the new unit. She promised to inform me of the decision by email at the end of that week. It has been two months and she never got back. Overall disappointing experience/ staff attitude.

I had a wonderful experience with Public Storage - this is my first time renting a unit.
The customer service provided at this location was exceptional - this is mainly because of the manager Fred who explained everything to me in detail, did not pressure me into anything and answered all my questions.
Also, place is very secure with gates, easy access to your unit and cameras all around the property.
Highly recommended this location at Dynamic Drive.

I had an excellent experience at Public Storage- Dynamic Drive location! The facility is clean, secure, and very well maintained, but what truly made the difference was the outstanding service from the Property Manager, Fred Joseph.

From the moment I arrived, Fred was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain all the storage options clearly, walked me through the units, and made sure I understood everything before signing. His customer service is exceptional, you can tell he genuinely cares about making the process easy and stress-free.

Any questions I had were answered right away, and Fred went above and beyond to make sure I got the right unit for my needs. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and knowledgeable.

I highly recommend this location, especially thanks to Fred’s excellent management. If you’re looking for a smooth storage experience with great customer service, this is the place!

PS Assocociates are always willing to help, and are polite and courteous. My only wish is that my location had climate and temperature control, otherwise, I'm happy! 😊

Better priced than other storage facilities. Sinna and Nebila were really patient and helpful with all my questions and needs. I was never rushed into signing the lease and Sinna did a great job explaining the contract terms and gave useful tips.

Wow - Sinna! You are a superstar! He is so patient and listens to your needs. One of the best customer service I’ve ever had. Sinna deserves a raise! Every sales person can learn a thing or two from Sinna. Hard to even come by decent service these days but Sinna had exceeded my expectations. I came in not knowing what to do or ask for but he helped guided what I need and asked all the right questions. He didn’t hesitate to show me the storage rooms after asking for multiple different ones and even switched up the last minute. He wasn’t frustrated or looked annoyed. I appreciate his patience. His service doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you again Sinna you deserve more than just 5 stars.

She showed me few units that were available and allowed me to choose the unit that would fit my needs! She was so patient and had a heart to explain everything to me. She never rushed me.
