This is my first bad review. I usually give only 4-5 star review to reward the good work that people do. But unfortunately the truth has to get out about this company.

I spilled white wine on my marble floor and I ruined pretty much half of the kichen. I immediately Googled a restoration company and the first person who answerd the phone was Ron, from MARBLE SHINE. We booked a time for him to come and see the damaged area and also to give me a quote. He then booked a time from 9:30am till 5:30 pm.
On the day of the work he called me and told me he is running a bit late because he had to buy more cleaning product. I was a little shocked when I heard that but I still was hopeful. He came almost 2 hours late, ruined one tile with some kind of chemical and did not say a thing to the person at home. He just walked away after damaging the tile and leaving the house a mess. One minute he was here, the next he was gone without saying anything. I tried to call him but his phone was off the whole day.
Terrible is an understatement for this company. He is a complete joke and waste of time! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
