Je viens de commencer le service avec eux il y a un mois ! À ce jour, rien à redire. Vitesse d'internet constance , service courtois, professionnel et à l'écoute. Merci Bravo
Pour les personnes qui viennent de s'installer au Canada, je vous recommande vivement Bravo Telecom! Cette compagnie a un bon service et surtout des prix très compétitifs!

Je vous demande de ne pas faire affaire avec cette compagnie. C'est des faux. Si vous êtes toujours tenté pas leur services, exigé toutes les factures et preuves détaillées et non les factures en ligne. Tout ce que vous achetez comme modem, routeur, exigez une facture détaillé.
Ridicules service, worst internet that you could have. Yes good price but every week new surprise and is taking minimum few days to solve the problem...
Where do I begin? Ok so even just trying to set up an account seems difficult with these guys. Then to get an installation date from them is harder than winning the lottery. Under NO circumstances whatsoever do I recommend having a different mailing and shipping address as this is way too complicated for them to decipher, even though they sent me a confirmation email which had the correct info. Now, let's discuss installation.... Oh wait, I can't because I'm still waiting for that to happen. Pick someone else because I'm scared to even think about what their actual service is like.
I wish I have took google rating into consideration before getting this service but for some reasons their ratting was covered by couple of 5 stars so i thought the service and the internet quality got better!!! Absolutely NOT!!..
Not worth the trouble, I work in information technology and I know for fact that their internet speed is capped... That means, you don't get what you pay for :(. I had 30GB cable speed, during evening (starting 6 pm util 7am in the moring) my internet limits to 5mbs that means they are ripping you offf!! Their internet does not work on two devices when watching youtube or something small like apple tv.
I spoke to their technicians many times until i got tired and I did inform them of my position even though I was two steps ahead of their knowledge and troubleshooting, they kept saying they will test the cables outside but I knew their lying because of the capping policy and since I had distributel (same cables)...Distributel has much better speed quality night and day, I will go back to them soon and pay that $17 deference, at least I'll be getting what I pay for.

I have my internet service with Bravo Telecom and I’m very satisfied, even if something it goes wrong they are always here to solve the problem, they offer unlimited internet with different speed from 5 to 20 Mbits/s, I picked the 10 Mbits/s speed because it’s a very fast internet speed with a very low price, and the most important that they have a very good quality of services. I advise you to subscribe with them.
Paying 50 bucks for the unlimited option from Bravo Telecom (15Mbp/s Down 10Mbp/s Up), however I frequently run into upload (Yes UPload) problems with this provider. I play a lot of online games and my gaming is crippled by this ISP due to it's *Frequent* issues with upload speed. Upload speed is extremely important in online gaming as you need to be able to send data back to the game servers in a timely manor or get all kinds of problems, disconnections, timeouts, kicked from matches etc. When I'm getting hit with these upload problems, upload speeds get to 0.80mb/s at the highest, and this issues happen to me on average of about 1 to 1.5 times per week, and last several hours.
When inquiring about the problem, I'm told it's either my computer (which it's not, I've tested this extensively, nor is it my router) or that the modem has a problem and they want to change it (modem is fine too swapped a couple times, problem always comes back and I'm not the only one it affects as well). Those who just do light browsing might not notice when this problem hits them as that is mostly dependent on download speed which is never really an issue, but in activities where upload is important, this ISP is a joke, and I'm clearly going to switch as they can't seem to get their act together, which is a shame because there is a lot of potential in this ISP, they would be great if they didn't have spotty service, instead they get 1 star for this major issue.

Just looking at their grammar (Bravo Telecom) alone makes me cringe, and i love how it's geared towards immigrants ei: if you're new to Canada...in other words, Bravo Telecom is a division of Videotron that works only in French, and sadly, most immigrants that are invading Quebec are african french speaking people that absolutely no one can understand, yet Videotron hires them because all they speak is french. Looking at the responses from Bravo tells me right there that they hire these people and this 'new to canada' shit seriously pisses me off! What about the ones who are REAL Canadians?! anyway, just my rant and no i'm not racist, i'm Canadian:P
