Been renting here for years. Good place, very needed. 5/5

Door to locker was blocked (not by my stuff, but by the latch) and I had to figure out how to fix that before I could close the door. This was after the office closed, so I couldn’t get their help. Staff should have checked that before I started to load up the locker. Also the truck did not have a full tank of gas prior to my use.

Convenient location with 24 hour access. They have a good security system there and very friendly staff. The place is extremely clean and very well lit.

We needed a storage locker in a hurry and they came through like champions. I called and they were closing in 10 minutes. She said, "I'll wait until you get here." and I knew I had found the place. The storage units are spacious and it is clean as a whistle. The price was very competitive as well. I can honestly give them top marks and the highest recommendation.

Moved out of my unit in the earlier parts of the month and was still charged $200 for another month and was informed they were planning to make a double sale on my unit after informing me they’re holding me contractually obligated to an empty space for the month. At least they were crystal clear about them having a shady business practice that increases their profit at the expense of the consumer. I won’t be using them again and I’d advise others against it as well. There are just more agreeable places than this to go.

Good location. Nice staff. The padlock is a ridiculous price. Found Rat droppings in my storage locker. My house insurance would not cover damaged items due to rodents. Make sure that all items are in plastic tote containers. In winter, there is ice in front of the outdoor lockers and they don't put any sand out. It is very slippery.

Very nice compound, security makes me feel safe with my belongings. Price is decent, you get a discount if you pay the full amount of a year. They also provide a free storage van on your first move in date. I did notice some rat droppings, not sure how normal that is for set storage businesses but other than that, I was pleased with my first year term. P.s their locks are super expensive and if you need to cut it, the service charge is highway robbery.
