Doug and his team of facilitators deliver the results. They tailor every program to fit your outcomes. We've been really impressed with the level of participation in the program - they avoid Powerpoint and focus on practice using tools. Staff have become more successful and more effective as they apply the tools and the learning. Impressive. 2 thumbs up!
