Public Storage was fantastic as a short-term storage option for my Beetle! Very secure + clean facilities, friendly staff, good access hours and an overall smooth experience getting set up and moving out. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good place to keep a classic car.

Not a good experience, rented a space for 6 month. Storage unit was nice, but the payment system is horrible. Had to go in every month and pay, even though I was set up from automatic payments; caused a late fee due to their system not working correctly. Was nice they had a military discount.

Amazing customer service by Sandra when we first started 5 months ago, great explanations of rules and has warned us when we left our storage so our security/safety of contents is definitely a priority. Byron and Jerry on the next time we had something to discuss about storage went above and beyond what was needed of them. I think the storage prices are pricey but again, with the safety, code system and overall security and knowledge, it’s worth it. Thanks to your team!

Byron and Sandra were very helpful and professional. Byron returned my call the next business day when I first inquired about the storage unit. He showed me a few options that might work. The units and warehouse are super clean and in great shape.

Rented a storage unit on Saturday and Crystal and Byron were super friendly and helpful. Ended up needing a second one on Sunday and Steph made that process just as easy. Everyone I dealt with was awesome and made the whole thing stress free. The place is clean and feels really secure. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing storage.

The gentlemen that I dealt with at the counter while checking in were amazingly humored and quite efficient. Storage units are clean with sufficient trolleys to assist in moving stuff in.
Definitely would recommend use again.

Excellent service from first phone call to reserve a unit, to helping movers decide if unit was large enough, to changing reservation to a larger unit, to explaining all the paperwork and policies. This was a difficult move for a difficult family member, and John and Crystal brought their smiles and cheer to this piece of it. I highly recommend!

I was so amazed with the quality and amazing service Mr. John have provided. Renting a storage space in Public Storage couldn’t be easier. From the moment I walked in I have been welcomed and Mr. John answered all my questions he was a great guy who make sure you know everything from the working hours to what is allowed and not allowed and everything that actually so helpful for me as a first time renter. He even walked with me to the gate and make sure that the code is good to go. If there is more than 5 stars I would definitely give it. I highly recommended to everyone.

We got set up with a storage unit today and Sandra and John at the Harvest location were amazing! They were both so friendly, helpful, and outgoing. Feeling good about our decision to rent from them and will definitely recommend to friends and family!

My experience with Public Storage in Country Hills Landing was great. From my first phone contact to make inquiries, a tour of the site, and finally arriving with my items the staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful! The manager Gerry went through various special offers with me to find the one that best suited my needs. The day I arrived, John and Sandra were very helpful in expediating the contract process for us as we had movers ready to unload into the storage unit. I would definitely highly recommend this Public Storage location.
