Audi Downtown Vancouver

We tried to shop local! We are from Kelowna and went to the Audi dealership 2x to try to buy a similar vehicle. No one called me back, they clearly didn’t take us seriously. We called Audi Vancouver Downtown, Charles was immediately responsive, helpful and overall fantastic.
He gave me his undivided attention and had a sale the same day. Although we had to fly to Vancouver to pick up the car it was worth every minute. Chris in finance was very professional and genuine, Alexander’s tour of the car was very thorough and the overall experience was amazing and appreciated.

I called your showroom a few weeks ago to schedule a test drive and look at a 2nd hand Audi Q5 I located on Autotrader. George Giesbretcht answered the call and I met him that afternoon. George was very helpful and fun to talk to about the options I was interested in, basically a good deal on an entry level black Dealer Demo . Instead of test driving the grey Q5 he checked the inventory and located a black Technik that wasn't listed on Autotrader for $8000 off the list price ! A gorgeous car.... how could I say no ?? :) A great experience, really enjoyed Georges genuine enthusiasm for getting me into a way nicer car that I would have purchased for a similar price. Thanks George !

My wife and I purchased an Audi A3 recently.
Were it not for the Asian lady in the centre of your show room and the gentleman who introduced Us to the vehicle we would rate our experience the worst car purchase experience ever.
The missteps we experienced are too numerous to list but includes the sales person, the sales manager and the insurance agent. We will not do business with the Dalawri group again.

Big thanks to Bang and the crew in Parts and Service. We had the car in for service this past Saturday. It was finished earlier than expected. Bang took the time to explain the work that was done and what to expect in the upcoming year. As usual, everyone was friendly and professional. Yet another reason Downtown Audi is our dealer of choice.

First class service. 10/10 in all aspects

As I got to Audi maintenance, I was treated like a VIP, I was given all the information I needed to make a proper decision, even if I decided to have only a part of the work done, I was not put in a pressure sales situation.

My rating is for the people responsible for arranging the change of my summer tires to winter tires
Over two weeks ago I booked a time for the tires change over at the same time I booked a service time.
I delivered the SUV to the service depot at the allotted time. I was called about two hours later to inform me that my winter tires had not been delivered from storage and that the car would not be ready at the end of the day therefore I would have to wait another day.
When the people responsible to deliver the winter tires on a specific date cannot do that with a two week advance notice I am less than impressed.
How hard is it to do what you are supposed to do.
Overall I am happy with Audi service buy if anyone is thinking of paying them to store their tires..don’t do it.,Not efficient!
I will never leave my tires with them again

While getting my car repaired, I happened to get a year-old Audi Q3 2.0T Quattro Technik as a loaner. It was love at first sight—and I wanted this very car!

I gave Ken Chung, at Audi Downtown Vancouver, a call and Ken immediately began to work with me: Within a day, he had the options and price breakdown for me, and we began negotiations. We first emailed each other on April 22 and on April 26 we closed the deal—yes, it was that fast! Ken showed a lot of flexibility with me, and he worked tirelessly with both me and his manager to reach a price that was fair to me and acceptable to the dealership. I was able to get a good discount on the Q3 and trade in my 2003 Audi A4 3.0 Quattro Avant. I also got a 6-year warrany on the Audi Certified Pre-Owned (CPI) vehicle, and a few small bonuses that, all in all, left me a very happy camper. :)

Throughout the entire process, Ken answered all questions (via email, text, and phone) promptly and thoroughly, and, by the time I had arrived at the dealership to pick up the car, there was little to do except to sign some papers and hand over the keys—from start to finish, the finalizing of details took no more than an hour, including the discussion of equipment and the insurance and financing paperwork. At most dealerships, such a level of streamlining and service quality is unheard of! Moreover, Ken continues to answer new questions after the sale as they arise, showing beyond the shadow of a doubt that he takes care of the customer from the first point of contact to far after the sale.

All in all, this has been the smoothest, most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had, and I would recommend Ken Chung as an excellent customer service represenative. He made the whole process worthwhile for me.

We recently had a great experience at the service department of Audi Downtown Vancouver which we would like to share.

Saturday morning on our way to appointments, we noticed that the check tire light on our Q7 came on. I drove to Audi Downtown Vancouver not knowing what to expect. Kellyn, our service advisor, greeted us with a smile, took a look at the front tire and confirmed that a nail or screw had punctured the tire. Without any appointment and with a ghost crew on Saturdays (which meant they had no one to look after us) she kindly offered to put the spare on and repair the tire by that same afternoon. Had it not been for her kindness and amazing sense of ownership and care, we had no other option but to either leave the car there and cab home (which also meant cancelling our appointments). While we were waiting for the spare to be put on, she offered the mini toy Audi in the service area to our 3 year old to keep him entertained! To cap it off, when I went back for the spare replacement, she refused to charge for any of the time and cost of repairing our tire and putting the spare on. All in all, we had an amazing experience with the service department of Audi Downtown Vancouver.

Came into Audi due to a recall on my car and Kellyn managed the service. She was fantastic and explained the process, time that it would take, replacement car, and corrected a small chip which I had on the car since I bought it.

Great customer experience and even made the personal note on the invoice to say thank you (no cost).

This is what I call great customer experience and going that extra mile which does not need to be huge but doing the right thing.

I called the Audi Dowtown parts department to find some pricing on accessories for my a4. The gentleman I got on the other end was very helpful and knowledgable. He gave me the prices I needed and I will be back in the future to purchase the parts.

ON SUNDAY MAY 18TH A SALES MAN BY THE NAME OF "FRIDOON" I AM UNSURE IF I AM SPELLING HIS NAME CORRECTLY. YOUR SALES MAN WAS POLITE AND VERY HELPFUL. HE WAS ABLE TO ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS . HE MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE & I LEFT FEELING THAT WHEN IT COMES TIME TO BUY AN AUDI I WILL BE VISITING YOUR DEALERSHIP AGAIN & WILL BE ASKING FOR FRIDOON !
