Use this company at your own risk. I ordered and prepaid for my stickers on a Friday, and cancelled the order on the Monday after not approving the proof. I was assured that the order was cancelled and would be refunded. It's been 8 days - nothing. I've received NO confirmation that a refund has or will be issued and after writing again today, received a vague note saying "we BELIEVE the issue has been sent to accounting." This is a scam! Legit businesses can issue refunds same-day. This company also has NO phone number. I wish I'd have done more scrutiny and read the spotty reviews of this company before giving them my money. Save your money and save yourselves stress and AVOID this "company".

Ordered stickers that never arrived, got promised day after day delivery....never happened, I after countless emails and phone calls they offered me a discount on my next order....will never happen with that company....be aware you never see you money again....the real company is in Korea

StickerCanada was extremely professional throughout the process of printing our business cards, we accidentally uploaded a low quality image file and they were sure to reach out to us promptly before printing. Great customer service. I just opened a small chocolate business and was looking for good quality labels that weren't going to cost me an arm and a leg. StickerCanada worked with me until I was fully satisfied with the product and got them to me pretty quick. I hope to place more orders with them in the future.

So far I have been satisfied with the speed and efficiency by which the ordering and proofing and delivery. The end product is very susceptible to fading in sunlight.

Never ever again ! They gave me bad advices that cost me +500$ for a product that does not answer our need. I would have paid more if I knew there had a better solution for our need.

Now that I have received the product I can't use, I have been in talk with there support for few days, and they didn't agree to solve, or refund. In conclusion, I lost 3 weeks on my schedule, and +500$ !!!

By the way, this is not even a Canadian Company. Stickers are printed in South Korea. The company is also using AllStickerPrinting, and a few other names!...

No stars if possible. Horrible customer service. Really bad quality of stickers. Ironically nothing is done in canada. It is all printed and shipped from south korea. Stay local.

We ordered stickers for a conference, we received a receipt of payment and a proof which we approved. The order never arrived nor did we receive a tracking number. We attempted to contact SC by phone with no luck and when we finally spoke to someone on their live chat they told us that "production missed our order". They said they could expedite and as we are both in Toronto we said fin but we need it next day, it was then that we were informed that printing takes place overseas. Horrible business, incompetent productions staff. They should be forward about the location of their production facility.

Terrible quality and bad customer service. Stickers have bends in the middle of every sticker. Stickers were also supposed to be black, came out purple, even with a .AI (illustrator file). They refuse to refund or fix the order after weeks of emails. They are also NOT a Canadian company, their products come from South Korea.

They can't communicate. Literally!! Printed 1000 business stickers with no contact number on it..... handy!
