Matt's Auto

I bought a used GMC Sierra from Matt back in December. Matt was great to deal with through the whole process. I took the truck for a test drive and he answered all of my questions and was really straight forward. I gave him a deposit and he said the truck would be ready in a week E-tested, Saftied, and with plates. I called him during the week and he said that there would be a minor delay getting the truck ready because it needed new breaks. Matt ate the cost of the new breaks saying "A deal is a deal and I gave my word". The truck was a couple days late being ready but he went the extra mile to make sure it was road worthy.

When I drove down to pickup the truck i mentioned to Matt that I had struggled to get one of the summer tires off my vw because i was putting the winters on. I was just hoping for some advice but Matt said "Do you have the tires with you?" I said "yeah" and he said drive the car into the shop. He pulled my summers off and tossed on the winters for my car at no charge.

3 months later the truck has been great, exactly what Matt said, no surprises. It was the best used car buying experience I've ever had. I would strongly suggest if you're looking for a used vehicle that you go see what Matt has in his lot. It was well worth the drive down from Toronto for me.
