I had an amazing experience with Destinee at StorageMart! I was in urgent need of assistance, and she went above and beyond by coming in earlier than the office hours to help me out. She was incredibly kind, patient, and gave me clear and detailed instructions, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate her professionalism and willingness to help — highly recommend StorageMart because of her outstanding service!

We are happy with the facilities and the staff is helpful. Our unit was clean, climate controlled, and spacious.

Not a huge fan that our rate isn’t set for at least a full year (we were told that after about 4 months the rate will increase and after that they will go up every 10 months. A 20% increase is steep. They should have long term rates that don’t go up every 10 months. Give anyone who pays full for a year a discount or something.

Destinee is an amazing representative she gave a tour of the facility and was very confident about her work ethics.

Destinee was very helpful today. She helped us find the perfect storage unit and we were able to use it right away. After comparing prices with others in the area, storage mart is the most economical. Thanks again for your help Destinee :)

I’ve been dealing with the Storage Mart location on Wonderland Road north in London for about the last six months and I am very pleased with both the facility and the service. The grounds are clean, secure, and well lit. The locker is the same, and the door rolls smoothly up and down.

The real value for me though comes from Destinee and Jim and the excellent professional service they provide. They made sure I got the right size locker for my storage needs. There was no upsell and they saved me a few dollars by giving me advice on how to store the most items in the minimum amount of space.

I’m an older guy with some health issues and I really appreciate the way Destinee and Jim looked out for me, not only by saving me some money, but by always asking if I needed some help.

If you live anywhere in London and require storage for a couple of months or a couple of years, I strongly believe it’s worth your while to check out the Storage Mart facility on Wonderland North, just up from Riverside Drive.

****ALWAYS CLEAN, ALWAYS A CART AVAILABLE, STAFF IS ALWAYS WONDERFUL and after office hours access is a snap! Jim in the Office is WONDERFUL!: I am going through a difficult logistical transition between living spaces right now requiring me to use storage and Jim had ALWAYS helped me efficiently, effectively, and with care and professionalism: 1st Time to Storage: Jim was gracious and answered my many questions helping me with storage solutions and learning the logistics for my storage (Hours, Access etc) 2nd Time to Storage: Jim offered me a cold bottle of water and some Halloween Candy to keep up my strength as I moving into storage- AND graciously listened to my general grumbling about the moving process in General! Thank you Jim! And Thank you Wonderland Storage Mart!

Destiny was really helpful. She was very patient and made sure that I have all the things I needed. She was very good in showing all the sizes of the storage available and will help you find the right one.

I highly recommend to everyone who needs extra space to keep their stuff. It was my first time but everything was so smooth and easy. The stuff is surely helpful and friendly , the price is unbeatable too(especially with the one-month free promotion). Their office is so clean, organized and oder-free. Will definitely use the service again!!
