These guys are thieves.They take your money ,give you a burnt device and they never take it back .Stay away

I bought a Samsung s4 with 60 day warranty from these guys for work related business, that supposedly was a "store model with a new screen". The phone came with full warranty but of course, if any water damage or physical cracks on the screen... the phone wouldn't be covered. I tested the phone before I bought it seemed to work good camera and everything running fast... Although, when I brought the phone home and made a phone call the other person on the other line could barely hear me!! I brought the phone back about a week after, cause I was busy with work in a different city, and they close at 6:30pm. The guy complained to me why did I come a week after I bought it? I thought the warranty was 60 days!?! Horrible customer service. Immediately he was so rude to me... no customer service skills. They just want your money!!! He complained that there was a small mark that was barley visible and he couldn't do anything about it. I obviously got even more angry they did not want to fix my phone as the warranty stated. Then they blamed my anger for everything. Like I'm suppose to go in there all in a good mood when I can't make a phone call for my business ?
They try to blame your anger for everything and will waste your time. Threaten not to do anything for you cause youre angry.
Ok so after... they finally agreed to fix my phone after wasting my time. They told me they'd come and meet me with a phone case of a colour of my choice or to come back the next day it would be all good to go. I told them make SURE it's ready..I do not want to go there and waste time again.
I go there the next day and they confidently hand me my phone. I test the phone and it's still the exact same.. my friend could barely hear me! I immediately hand it back over and they take it to the back apologizing and telling me this is embarrassing.
Waiting again for my phone the guy tells me it will be quick "blah blah blah" so half an hour goes by. He comes out with my phone and I test it.. call their office and it still has the same problem.
After about an hour the guy realizes that there was a sticker on the back and everytime they put the back on the sticker covered the microphone. So when they tested the phone the back wasn't on it and when I tested it the back was on it and sticker was covering and that's why people on the other end couldn't hear me. Such a waste of time!! He kept apologizing this time so I let him go off easy. He gives me a "$15 chinabrand ottorbox case" for my wasted time that you can buy online for a couple bucks free shipping. So get this... I go home with the phone finally "working" and a couple days later I get a text from the owner that I did not pay for the case and that they would threaten to cut my phone off. Like what the hell? He physically handed me the case and said it was for my troubles. Then youre gonna waste more of my time that you've already wasted. I also ended up selling the phone for parts cause it was garbage. They sell faulty phones. Such bullshit they say and such time they waste. Stay so far away from these guys!! Their company is complete garbage.

They sold me an iPhone 5s for $599 with small exterior damages.I though it was alright for the price of a used iPhone but little did I know it already had water damage.I took it to them an i said it stopped working(blue screen)within a month and it hasn't been near anything wet.The guy told me to come back on the weekdays ,so I did and he tells me someone opened the iPhone and a screw was missing and accused me of doing so.I said I never did such a thing but then he tells me the water damage came through the screen.The stupid idiot used his nails to peel alittle bit of my screen protector (which I saw)telling me those were the signs of water damage,so I told him to take the screen protector off 4 times and he still didn't because he knew what he did.So I told him to please fix it and he said hell ask his "boss".Later my friend called them to talk to them about the issue and the guy cut the phone.So I went back to the store and he said your friend was rude to me so I cant fix it anymore.WAIT...... I though it was the "boss" who makes that decision not him.I DONT RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE .THESES PEOPLE ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY.

First they sell you an unlocked phone that isn't unlocked. Then they lie to your for two weeks. "I'm on it, bro." "I'll call you right back, bro." "If I don't have this unlocked by today I will give you a new phone, bro." "I will drop the phone off at your place, bro." It's all BS of course. They don't call you back, they don't unlock the phone, they have no intention of ever giving you a new phone and certainly not delivering it. When you show up at their store, angry, they try to blame the situation on your anger. As if you are the unreasonable person. Do NOT do business with these guys!

These guys sold me a refurbished Samsung S3 for the price of a new phone, came in a new box with new earphones and everything. Except for the identification numbers did not match between the box and the phone itself. When I went back 2 and a half months later they told me they can't help me out, didn't even offer to fix it. I spent $260 on a phone that is now garbage (less then three months later). I contacted there website and they said that" they couldn't have sold me a new phone because they don't sell new phones". Very dishonest whether its their online store or the representative at their actual store location. Would not recommend and would ad a beware!

I have had the pleasure of having work done with these guys a few times now and they have been real life savers offering advice and technical support as well as fixing cracked and broken screens at the best rates too they have fixed virtually totally broken phones while I waited even. They're awesome!

So first thing's first: I bought a refurbished phone, I didn't buy a new phone. I knew that going into this which is why I know I paid less money than a brand new phone.
I purchased an iPhone 5, got it shipped and used it right away with no issues. After a few days, I noticed that the battery was running low a little quicker than what I would have expected. I called Infinitetek and they offered to take care of the problem with no hassles, issues, or questions. They were incredibly kind, efficient and I've already recommended them to two of my friends who purchased phones from them as well.
I don't mind when things aren't 100% perfect - it's all about how you handle things when it isn't

Purchased an Iphone from this company and let's just say it was GARBAGE. The phone loses signal EVERYWHERE, battery doesn't even last half a day (and this is with me barely doing anything on my phone). The phone freezes all the time and lags especially when typing. To top it all off I was charged $250 for the 4S. I would recommend not buying from this store, not worth throwing away a significant amount of money.
