Custom Pro Exteriors

Did not have a positive experience when dealing with Custom-Pro Exteriors. Had difficulty getting someone out for a quote. Finally the estimator came out but did not appear interested in the job and was more focused on discussion with his personal problems, I was told he would have a quote out in a few days. Waited a week still no quote so I tried to call the owner leaving messages, he did finally call me but explained they were all on training course and too busy. Spoke to him about the estimator telling me he picks and chooses his jobs and seemed negative to one aspect of the job that others companies did not. I mentioned the estimator seemed troubled with personal issues rather than the job of gaining measurements for the quote. The owner promised me that he would indeed provide me a quote in the coming days. Another week later still nothing from him and he does not return calls either. This company (owner) should at least have the courtesy to respond and notify potential customers if they do not wish to take on the job.
