Very satisfied. This company does outstanding jobs which requires skills and experience. At the year beginning our basement started leaking, we had wet feeling inside that spread over the whole house. We invited many companies some of them even couldn’t check the whole damage properly. Royal Work was the only one who's price was Ok and they were able to prove me the leaking spots. As I couldn’t wait long they arrived in three days after signing the contract, before project started one more team came to get the place ready. I got complete scope of work from Edgar at our first meeting, everything was done as it was planned.

Royal Work Waterproofing installed valve for one of our homes, I called many companies to compete and almost no one could find the problem. RW found it fast - leaking valve. The actual project lasted not as long as I had thought it would be. All complicated tips seemed quite simple which showed their experience and professionalism. In addition we got a city rebate!

Thank you guys for an outstanding job! After sudden non stop rains we got basement wall leakage, after the guys inspected it appeared to be a wall crack. They presented an awesome job by sealing the crack with a proper equipment, now everything looks great. I would suggest them to everyone.

Poor job was done by previous comp towards my garage floor, I was lucky not to deal with them any more. Royal Work Corp fixed all damages and cracks done before by another comp, I don’t mention the company’s name for avoiding any conflict and because they covered expanses to fix everything. As I got trust in Royal Work I immediately signed for a backyard concrete covering as a part of my landscaping design, main point was to make curvy narrow concrete paths. Guys worked in a quiet manner, leaving absolutely nothing except done project, a very clean job.

Hello, my name is Tina, I'm here to leave a positive review about this company. It can be compared to nothing the feeling and smell when ones drain doesn’t work properly. The first signals we noticed was a strange noise in a drain-sewer, then smell and leakage….. my only wish was to find someone reliable and not expansive to fix all that mess. Unfortunately I didn’t get any referrals and had to rely on myself taking a risk to search through internet. I liked people’s opinions on Royal Work and I called only them. The company found out to be like a huge reliable shoulder, they HELPED me., they saved my house by rushing up the service, it took them one day, they arrived with special equipment and their price was just 2,100$ including warranty, (for labor as well).

Royal Work Corp. solved all out issues. Our home front required a walkway update. When we called the company first time we got their feedback in 10 minutes. The receptionist got our contact details and was surprising she even recognized the area we live in by their past projects…wow!!! what a memory, eh! Technician’s name was Edgar, he arrived at 10 sharp and answered all our questions, we liked him as a person and a professional. We signed the contract, in a week the project started. New walkway looks amazing, they put concrete the way it is flat from every angle!!! We strongly recommend them!

Finally I found the right company to do a walkout for my basement. Their price was quite reasonable and what was even more important for me they did the same outstanding job for my best friend. (I learned to trust people especially if they are best friends). The Royal Work crew showed up on set time every day of the week, the job duration was scheduled for 5 week days, on the 5th day the side part of the house produced steps following down to the basement entry door. The walls and steps look even, the walk cut was obviously done on a highly professional level. This company deserves trust and respect.

We bought the house from the previous owner and after 2 years it started leaking. Seems the water found its way in through cracks and damadged waterproofing membrane. We requested quotes from several local waterproofing companies and decided to go with Royal Work. They explained and demonstrated all the issues we've had and provided options to fix them. Their price was competitive and their team worked hard to complete the project in a timely manner. Once the job was complete we received 25 year warranty which makes us feel secure now.
