With my experience I was not to pleased but I also wasn't mad with it. The customer service responds to emails within a day which is great. It took 3 days for my order to be processed which so far has been the longest I have waited for an order to be processed. I was not very happy with that. Tho it only took 2 days to ship to my place which is quite quick but one of the items I recieved were wrong. I was dissapointed about that but I decided to keep the item as it was at no loss of money to me.
I would have gave this site 4.5 stars if it only took one day to process but I am assuming it's probably because they couldn't find the correct item and sent another instead. Which if that was the case, I should have been notified on what I wanted.

I have used other sites in the past - it's Love the Naughty from now on! Love The Naughty is new on the scene but the owners have worked in this business for a long time and they know their stuff. I did a live chat and she was great. Their selection is crazy and their prices are amazing. Make sure you get their newsletter because they add new stuff all the time and their sales are great. I can't say enough about how great they are - the only site for me and my husband from now on.

Love The Naughty has the largest lingerie section hands down online in Canada with every style and size of lingerie you can imagine. And for the toys, they have cool new products that no one else carries. And the icing on the cake is how nice they are! I did an online chat and it was great. They know everything, and they are so professional. Amazing, really, Great job. My only store from now on. BTW, they have a great reward point system too. Really great.

Beautiful site, one of the most up to date ones I have ever seen. Clean with great images, videos, and descriptions. Live chat was available all night to answer a couple of questions. My order shopped up quick with free gifts. Everything was great. Long term customer here.
