I traded in a very nice expensive timepiece in mint condition and received another expensive timepiece in its place. I had to add additional money on top, which I understand as Watchfinder is a business and is in the business to make money. The watch I received, although aesthetically pleasing, seemed to not keep accurate time. I took it to a Canadian dealer and found out that the watch needed a complete overhaul, costing me an additional $1000. Watchfinder assured me that their watchmaker goes over every piece and they only sell watches that are in top working order, but I would have to disagree. Be careful when dealing with Watchfinder, and only buy a piece with service records.
