Sell Off Vacations is the nastiest company for customer service. I generally travel 2-3 times per year. Reserving through them was the biggest travel error I have ever made. The agent misrepresented the service that I was booking plus the customer service would not do a thing to assist. They do nothing to aid the shoppers when there are concerns with the company. They're by no means to be counted as soon as you paid them wholly. I would by no means in a million years book through them again. Although I managed to converse to both of the customer service manager and customer service department, no satisfactory help was given. The firm is not reputable at all. For the last few years I've been applying http://www.theholidayhotels.com and receiving good quality results.
