We walked into your store a clearance item caught my attention it was a love seat with wood triming all around the top where you rest your head which was damaged and had several scratches and a foot rest which was all scratched, I was also looking to furnish a complete house. So the representative refused to hold the clearance item she wanted me to pick it up immediately. Which was impossible, so she went and got someone else a gentleman to talk to me. So he tells me the it is sold. So I was leaving he mentioned that another location has the last item leg is damaged and he could easily replace the leg so he ordered it for me, than I also decided to purchase two Queen size matresses and boxes, sofa, love seat and chair, a set of living room tables, water resistant mattress covers, bed sheets, protection plan, carpets, table lamps. So I paid $400 deposit. So when I went back to finish the bill as I needed proper measurement for living room , the gentleman tells me I got good news, the loveseat did not get sold but we removed it and placed it in the back for you. So I believed him, I had no reason not to! He said his manager wanted it gone but he said to his manager no no don't do that if you do you will piss off the lady so we kept it for you in the back. On delivery day the delivery guys braught the beds in the chair, the table set but kept the love seat for last once they I covered it, it was not the same love seat this had no wood on the top, no scratches had a tag on it, it was brand new and was not the same soda then one person after the other came out saw it and said that's not the same love seat....So I sent it back...manager promised to get me another one on the phone but never did but Instead did not call me again and got the same gentlemen that sold me item to call me and offer me a refund.and the soda was not available for delivery they still have it also on delivery day the living room table was damage they took it back with them and I still don't have another one. So I requested a refund for the soda a d love seat and foot rest, the gentleman agreed to refund me for love seat and and foot rest but refused to refund me for the soda which they still have that has been paid for. So I was fooled and lied to he promised to get me another love seat so I don't send back the hole order to the store with the delivery guys...So lied to me twice anything to make a sale. Why would I lie or my family with me would lie ? So if You decide to shop there for a floor model take a picture of an item before I walk out as you will be told you are a liar!
