Rock Solid Roofing

Greg visited after the huge hail storm in Airdrie and told us that he was an expert in insurance red tape. If we signed up with him he would get us to the top of the adjuster's pile and we would get our roof replaced before everyone else. Never happened. After many phone calls nothing happened. He blamed it on the darn insurance company :( who was slowing things down. Finally we told him we were going with the insurance company's contractor and we wanted our deposit of $1000 returned. Crickets.... still. We went through BBB complaint system. They are no longer accredited, so that's a dead end. Expecting they will go bankrupt soon as complaints pile up. Hopefully not before I take them to small claims.

We had 3 companies give us an estimate for our 2 buildings in calgary. As we normally do we had the manager of our building monitor the work being done on our roof.. The company had asked for money up front. Which we agreed to since the work was already started and there was a huge tear down mess. Within first couple days on site the workers were smoking weed and asking tenants if they wanted to buy any once that word got out the police had to remove them from our property. We lost over $5000 not to mention the cleanup. Do not use. This company beware
