My experience of paying $2500 to see 4 candidates in 16 month period: I have to say it is not worth to try and spend your money in this way at all...

Got the feeling they don't have the good number of candidates to introduce to you, and the candidates probably expect to meet more to make their money worthy, no one has enough patience to continue for a 2nd date...each match seems took the agent so much time to choose, and cost the client so much money to have one meeting, the candidates I met gave me impression: they are not 100 percent available to start a new relationship, but just not to mind seeing you...

Conclusion: spend your money for your next vacation, good meals...not on this!!

I had the same disappointment as the previous review. They guarantee you four matches within a certain timeframe, and then they assure you that you will still be an active member, and of course they will still keep trying to match you up into the next 2 years.
I was given random info about my 'matches' and agreed to meet them with maybe 10 facts; their age, profession etc. They ended up being very different from what I had imagined, well that was obvious, basing a human being on 10 facts leaves an infinite number of outcomes.
I called them a few times wondering why I was no longer getting any match proposals, I was told that they had delivered their promises and that new members had priority for matches, oh and also ' you are a business owner, you do understand we have a business to run...'
So in the end, I paid 500$ each for 4 meetings. They were nice people, but nowhere close to what I had expected as matches. I would absolutely never recommend this to friends, it's an expensive scam.

Let me tell you how this agency works:
-You pay in advance: roughly 2500$.
-They promise you 4 "matches" over the course of 16 months.
-Strangely enough, first match comes after your consumer right to request refund has elapsed.
(Because they are searching for your ideal match, of course)
-They don't allow you to see their database
-When you get "matched" a description is provided over the phone, no photos. Then you are sent off to meet your catch of the day.
-Coincidentally, this catch spews out much of the same description given by phone, so you guessed it, they are coached.
Bottom line, don't waste your money on Intermezzo. Take a nice trip and your odds of meeting that special someone will be much better.

But I am eternally grateful to the Intermezzo team for putting the right girl on my path!
