I have gone to see Debbie a few times and every time I go she makes me laugh and feel comfortable. I can tell she cares about her clients. I use to dread going to get laser done before but now I feel confident. I have always been scared and saddened by my hair problems in the past, not by results but by the service. Debbie is an amazing tech and person. I recommend getting Laser done by someone who knows what they are talking about.

This is the worst spa experience I have ever had. Drove 45 minutes to get to my appointment after work (beating rush hour) I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment, then I waited. 5 minutes to my appointment, I was told it was cancelled because the previous customer arrived late. The rude employee responsible for teeth whitening turned me away and refused to provide me with a refund after I waited even longer. Overall, rude and poor customer experience. I would take this spa to small claims if the amount was higher. "Buyer Beware"

I have to say I was quite impressed with this laser clinic, My treatment went very well and the tech is super. It is a bit small and cramp but it was ok. Debbie was very professional and pleasant to talk to. I will be coming back and referring people here.
