My son gave my friend and Ina package for two that he bought off Groupon. I believe it was expensive enough for the experience we had. This spa is not 'spa like' by any means. When you walk in the door there were two baskets of laundry sitting in the waiting area. It did not smell like a spa at all. The waiting area was untidy and there was fabric hanging from the ceiling. The robes they provide you wth appear to have come from a second hand store and were well worn. The washroom had one hand towel for all to use, rather than paper towel, and it was wet and dirty. Not a sanitary thing in a public washroom. The infa red sauna was different, you just lay in a tube and the heat is turned on for 30 minutes. The foot soak was interesting, I think a bit of a hoax, the water gets poured into a plastic basin lined with a garbage bag, a piece of metal with wires attached is put in the basin with your feet, the clear water is poured over and you St like that for 30 minutes. The water turn gross, sludges brown and they tell you that it is the toxins coming from your body through the bottoms of your feet. I think it is the rust and grease coming off the metal thing. The hot stone massage was quite good. The overall atmosphere of this spa is very poor. I would not go back!
