Elite Royale banquet hall

I have attended this restaurant many times due to close proximity to my home in hope that one day this place would deliver on their promises.
Unfortunately, food, service and entertainment were getting progressively from bad to worse within the last 2.5 years.
Please be aware that you will get not more then 25 % of proposed meals on the menu and in addition, please remember that meal portions are very small, thus eat before you come to this place!!!.
As an example, the cold fish plate was composed of 6 small see through pieces of fish for 12 persons on the table and the same was applicable to the 6 small of cold meats type of prosciutto plate and such. The waiters were arriving to pick up empty plates, yet no other dishes were delivered instead.
Quite frankly, I have never experienced such poor restaurant performance. They stared to deliver not palatable main dishes when 70 % of guests had lost hope and left the place approximatelly at 23 pm taking into consideration that we were seated at 18 30pm. LOL !!!.

Loosing hope we left to get the food at the other restaurant since we were soo hungry !!.

Moreover, delivered dishes at the start such as pizza , fries, and breaded dry chicken were not only not palatable but were worst i have ever tried [ fast food will do MUCH better].

It is very sad to see regression of this restaurant in the last 2 years.

If you are planning to attend this place my suggestion is to record what was delivered to make a case and advise that you are not going to pay 120 per person for the lack of food… The price was also very high [ 120 +/_ per person].

For canadian guy from the first review the food was excellent ,because he ,probably,have no idea how it suppose to be.
My expirience:the food was very poor ,salads are very primitive (they probably try to do something out of nothing in the order to make the cost of menue as chipper,as possible).something from the "main course"they forgot to bring ,thinking "the guests already drunk and fed ,they won't notice anyway.the waitress have no idea how to serve the table ,most of the time she spend outside smoking(you can smell sigarets from her,while serving).
Also,the main course was limited (instead one cutlet per client,for example,was something like one per 6 ). I payed for this,dear management,he?should be one for each client,and it is not your businesses if i eat it or give to to my dog!!!!!
Also,Cheap bevereges from mixed powder and tap water suppose to be unlimited,but guest kept asking the waitress if she could put it on table.they try to save on it,like this is tropicana juice,or something.

I celebrate my Birthday at this restaurant last weekend! We dance all night long , music are great and they also have a DJ ! It was lots of food on the table variety of Russian Ukrainian and I think Polish dishes ! Everything was tasty ! And for desert was apple strudel with ice cream! I will recommend this restaurant to all my friends!

Design is good. Classic old-fission restaurant's interior that remains some palace.
Music. For me it is also good. Classic Russian live restaurant music.
Entertainment. Although I saw mach better, this guys doing not bad show. Competitions with prizes was funny.
Food. For new year eve we were promised to get 11 types of salads. I've counted 4. we had 11 people table and this 4 salads were TOO SMALL for this amount of people.
Same story with other dishes. There was extremely little food. just not enough even to try for everyone. how about 7 pirogies for 11 people? More over, it was not so delicious. Champagne was WARM. Serving was SLOW. And $150 from one was TOO MUCH for this service.
I have heard so many good reviews about this place but my own experience was awful. We went home hungry and angry.
