I've already recommended your company to friends in Ontario and my mother and sister in BC.
All in all, My wife and I are very impressed with the professionalism of the people we dealt with at Silverwood Flooring. We were extremely surprised and pleased to find that you carried products by the specific manufacturer we wanted (Karelia) and that you carried the light coloured flooring (Arctic Ash) we hoped to find. My wife and I are very satisfied with the flooring and price. We were also very impressed with how quickly you sent out 2 more boxes to replace those damaged in transit.

Love my laminate flooring and have had many compliments on it, as it's quite unusual. However it was quite a bit more costly than anything else I'd seen, and I had been shopping for a while. Note: I am comparing pricing only to other North American products.
My salesperson was very pleasant and very efficient to work with and made the process easy.
