Their check-in system when they were doing the dog walking last week was awesome. We were on the road and I got an email alert everytime someone came over. I felt better knowing Link was getting out and also that our house wasn't sitting without lights going on, paper being picked up, etc. It's not just about your pet but an entire vacation planning tool.

We have three cats, which are tough on a vacation. Friends will come over for you but when it's a long trip it can be sort of a lot to ask. We gave VIP a phone call regarding our issues and the staff were totally accommodating and explained everything about the pet visits. Obviously you can't be too careful with allowing entry to your home but I was really comfortable with them. After we came back from our trip, our cats looked as happy and healthy as ever. Looking forward to working with VIP again.

I've totally got to compliment the pet relocation service at this place. My family and I moved last year from Toronto to Florida and we wanted to bring our pets along as well. We were really worried about the procedure regarding transporting animals from one location to another so we contacted VIP Sitters. There was some predictable paperwork to do and we were lucky all their shots were caught up. On the whole though I was really pleased at the speed and convenience of the procedure.

I was really pleased with the grooming services at VIP Sitters. The groomer did a fantastic job at grooming and cutting my dog's hair. She really put him at ease although he's usually nervous and fidgety.
The people working at VIP Sitters seem really courteous and professional. I was very please with my dog’s haircut and would recommend it to anyone with a spaniel. Will definitely visit VIP Sitters again.

I really appreciated the steps you took to make sure Bella was brought over so promptly and without a hassle on my end (I'm sure there was some on yours).
I know the regs around Servals are ridiculous so I want thank you especially for navigating all the customs nonsense on my behalf. You and the PetRelocate team were very professional.

Usually my dog hates being groomed. She always gets really jumpy when someone that isn't either me or my husband start holding her down and brushing her. We used VIP Sitters and she was surprisingly calm, thanks guys!

VIP was recommended to me by a friend with a cat with really long fur. They gave her a nice cut and her cat actually looks like a cat now instead of a ball of fluff. I had the groomer come over to have my cat groomed recently and I was pretty happy with the results. Not exactly pet show standard, but convenient and a very good value.

When I dropped off my dog for boarding she was really nervous, but I could see two of the staff talking to her to calm her down. The feeling I got was that they had their act together, unlike the chaos of some grooming and boarding places.

My family and I moved last year from Toronto to New York and of course we wanted to bring our two dogs and cat! I was really worried that transporting my pets from one country to another was going to be a HUGE hassle, and I contacted Pet Relocate expecting the worst. They were fantastic! They were very organized and professional and really helped me out.

Cannot say enough good things about the private home visits. My dog just had surgery and needed a lot of special attention. The sitter that they sent was absolutely amazing and made quick arrangements to see her since it was a last minute surgery. They treated her like a princess and I felt really good knowing that they were treating just like I would. The worker would always leave a detailed note when she left so that I would know exactly what she had been up to.

The groomer was so good with both our dog and cat. She was gentle and kind— overall the company and its people seem really down to earth and know their business. We were really pleased with the final haircuts and have used them again since—we would recommend them without hesitation.

I found a new job about a year ago and had to move to California. I thought about leaving Arnold with some family in Toronto but I just could bring myself to do it (I have trouble spending a weekend over Thanksgiving. I'm pretty sure leaving him there for a month would constitute cruelty to animals). Luckily I came across PetRelocate and they helped me take care of him during the move, bring him over and get him ready for the long journey.

I have a lot of cats and each one feels like a member of the family. Sadly, one of older cats passed away last year and I was heartbroken. My vet recommended this company to me and it was nice piece of advice. They were very kind and understanding on the phone and had her ashes sent to me fast.

My poor terrier hates being in the house alone just for a couple of hours, so I was really nervous about leaving her at home when I had to go out of town for a business trip. The pet sitter was sweet and helped call my nervous puppy down while I was away.
