Atlantic Van Lines

Atlantic Van Lines performed a move from Souris, PE to North York, ON. Great service from the pick up crew. The driver and his crew arrived earlier in the morning and prepared the truck. We had everything packed (used our boxes) but they were great with wrapping everything and brought moving blankets with them. We had our TV packed by the crew and were happy to receive it without any damages. At delivery it was great as well. Dispatch worked with us to make sure that our elevator was booked for service.
We worked closely with Jen, who was reachable by phone and email and was very responsive. We had a lot of questions as we weren’t sure where the delivery would take place, but she was great with answering all of our questions. We filled out a form and get an accurate quote. Had no issues with the final balance, and the move was much cheaper and better priced than most of the other competitors. I was very happy with the service and had no damages to report.

My son needed to move to Vancouver for school. We didn’t want to spend too much since he only has a few items. We got a lot of quotes and went with Atlantic Van Lines Aside from a couple of dishes everything arrived in the same condition. It was a swift moving experience.

I moved from from Calgary to Mississauga and miatakenly I chose these gys for moving. FYI, do not deal with Roy or Anita, they're all crooks. Never would I recommend this specific location or group of people

Moved household stuff from our vacation home in Florida back to Canada with Atlantic and was pretty impressed with the service. The reviews were mixed but I took the time to speak with the sales rep and met with the office staff personally (Alberta office). I hired them and was very impressed with the response time and attention to details. There were some delays at the border but Atlantic helped solve the issues (as I am not currently in Canada). I was happy as I did not want to spend extra $ to fly to clear the goods. Many thanks to Lucy who answered all of my questions and to Jonathan the driver who called when there were issues.
Total weight of the shipment was 7980 lbs and I was pretty happy with the price that I paid. The move was picked up Dec 28, 2015 and delivered Feb 3, 2016.

Great Service from Atlantic Van Lines. We moved twice with them and happy on both moves. We originally relocated to Edmonton and now moved back to Quebec (Montreal). We just received our delivery last week.
The crew at both ends were great and polite and took great care in wrapping our items.

We had a minor damage the second trip around, but we have already approached the account manager who had stated that they would take of it.
We had noted that a ladder was missing but the team made sure that it was located and delivered back to us right away.

Atlantic Van Lines was very approachable both moves, and Lucy who was our first rep was great to deal with. Samantha was the rep this time around and she was always reachable as well. Great staff.
I would recommend Atlantic Van Lines any day.

Atlantic Van Lines was hired for a long distance move from BC to Toronto. They were careful and curteous. The crew on both sides were very good and careful.
The pick up was during summer days and it was a good experience and no worries about mud. In Toronto we just got our delivery after the house closed. The crew was very carful not to bring mud into the house and brough runners and protected our stairs. It took a bit longer but they didnt mind. Great crew. Jason and Femi was amazing.

Atlantic Van Lines recently assisted me with my move from Candiac, QC to Vancouver, BC.
I have moved a few times before for school and have had a lot of bad experiences, so this time I wanted to go with a bigger van line company. After looking around I realized how expensive that Van Lines can be, after getting discouraged my wife found Atlantic Van Lines. What a blessing! The price was right in line with the smaller companies, but we got the high level of service that we hoped for with a van line.
The men were clean, polite and easy to work with at both ends. The office staff was fantastic, Lucy was our sales rep, but we never had to wait on hold because her co-workers were always able to assist us.
Really a great experience and I would think twice about using them again or recommending them to others.
