Because you treat people like animals.

They were sweet to allure you in, then extort you with a very general weight ticket. The receiver on the ticket is Greenland. It can be good for any customers if you don't have a chance to monitor what will be scaled in person. very small shipment, they charged me on the weight over 1500lbs. Long story, very stressful and frustrated when you talk to their staff. The worst ever experience.

I had worst experience ever with Greenland Van Lines.
They provided misleading info, was very rood. Nothing they promised in estimate e-mail was done or provided.
Delivery from Toronto to Edmonton was 29 days. They didn't provide scale ticket - they didn't do to scale after pick-up. They added extra charges.
They charged my visa without permission for extra amount of $300.
It is not stress free, smooth delivery. It's unfair business with terrible attitude to the client.

i moved my household stuff from regina to niagara falls, on. i had worst experience with greenland vanlines. it took 1 month to get my stuff delivered after so many phone calls, i was living without my stuff, clothes, kitchen stuff etc.. Anyways when finally i got my stuff, it was missing my 1 suitcase.. i shipped 9 but recieved 8 only. it had my clothing, family pictures, daily use stuff etc.. my mattress was wet, mattress spring inside get bent due to tightly tied with rope. my bed's headboard got wet and wood get swollen. so it didn't fit its place again. dresser get damaged at the side and back. Their staff didn't took care of my beautiful furniture and stuff. I will not recommend anyone to this company for moving.
