- never comes to plow our snow when we need him to (i.e. it would snow for 12 hours+ and still no show)
- our family always ends up shoveling ourselves because we cannot get in or out of our driveway without doing so
- very frustrated because we paid over $300 without getting the service we need/expected
- recommended him to a couple of our neighbors hoping that would motivate him to do a better job, but obviously that did not happen
- conclusion: if you want a reliable snow removal company, this is NOT the one

My name is Dave and I have just seen this review of this company and apologize if someone wasn't happy with my service when this was written in February of 2014 half way through the worst snow season in years. Looking up my records and according to the date this was posted it was in the middle of a storm that started February 1st at 3am and ended February 3rd with over 35cm. I am not sure which customer this is but without advertising and no signs on my truck I have over 250 residential customers and 30 commercial properties all from referrals and return business. This being said there are many reasons why a customers driveway if this is true (which I don't recall ever leaving a driveway or being notified a driveway was left that long) is maybe there were cars in the driveway, maybe we came but it kept snowing and didn't realize we had already came and so many more reasons.
I strive on not taking more than we can handle and have extra vehicles as back up incase of breakdowns and run new vehicles with experienced drivers. We live in the areas we plow and would rather turn down business than upsetting customers telling them I can be there promptly.
Going into my 19th year of business working on referrals and repeat business I take offence to this one customer "bashing" my workmanship when snow plowing is the hardest job to please everybody and someone has to be first and others last.
I hope they found someone that can make them happy and provide them with the service they need.
