They can't seem to make a phone work, but they want to handle your marketing! Not a chance.
My business just got a telemarketing call from their number. They took so long to respond when I answered that I thought no one was there, but there was a lot of loud noise on the line from the other end, and fragments of a male east Indian voice saying something I couldn't make out. I said hello again, and he asked (through heavy crackling, etc) if I could hear him. I said it was difficult, then he said something else that broke up too badly to make out, and the line disconnected. All other calls on our line today have been clear, so it isn't our end.
My point is if you are a company selling technical services by telemarketing, that's cheesy enough, but when you can't get your phone system to work sufficiently to make calls that are even barely intelligible, then something is really pathetic. Would I take my computer to a repairman who's got no internet access? A mechanic who's only car is up on blocks? A plumber who has no running water in his house? No. So why buy technical services from a company that is technically inept?
