The counselling I received here was very caring, supportive, and helpful when I was dealing with very challenging situations. It has made a tremendous positive diffence in many areas of my life.
I took my 15 year old son to see Chester for help with his self esteem- due to divorce issues etc. Apparently, Chester commented to him in their session that it doesn't seem like his mom nor dad care about him. What a horrible thing to saw to a teenager who is already suffering with low self esteem! This was the one and only time we saw Chester. This man does not take the time to get to know his clients. He jumps to conclusions and causes more problems than he solves. Very inappropriate and unprofessional conduct! Unfortunately, some counsellors are worth their fee and others aren't. Fortunately, my son knows his parents care about him- maybe too much. I would not recommend this counsellor.
