Recently tried the club a few times and found that the consistency is poor across the trainers, especially found the male trainers to lack knowledge and consideration for cool down and techniques, more happy to walk around shouting instructions whilst participants lack control, technique and direction......cool downs......about 10 secs per stretch. The female instructors knowledgeable and encouraging, focused on getting all members to benefit.....value for money $169 per month far from it......Bootcamp or CrossFit better value in Burlington.....
