I got a membership for one year at the one Located on Richmond Hill, I enjoyed only one month the gym for the reason I got a job on Mississauga, well , I tried to cancel and I couldn't the manager was so rude well, I have to pay the whole year without use the gym. when my contract ended I called to cancel and again the Manager was so rude and she told me that I have a missed payment on December and that she can't cancel if I don't pay this month and that I need to cancel on person , I told her that I can't and the gym continuous to charger me for 3 month more , I call to the bank and I stopped the payments , I called again and the manager was so rude and I couldn't cancel. Now after 6 months they want to charger me for all these month .what happened if I called 2 times to cancel. where are my rights!!!!!!

I recently prepared my home to be sold. I was so surprised to learn how strong I felt. I pushed, pulled and dragged stuff all over the place. I thought my trainer Monique would be so proud of me.

A short 17 weeks ago, I joined the Richmond Hill Women's Fitness Club and since then I have lost 21 pounds and 12.5 inches! I have to extend a thank you to Dana Montgomery and her staff for making me feel welcome and encouraged every time I come to the gym. I have heard people say.. they join a gym and never see the crew that enrolled them - ever again. That is not the case here! There is always smiles, waves.. encouraging words.. and THAT is what has made me a loyal customer.

At 51.. this is my first gym experience and I am loving it. Thank you.

I was a member of Prima Donna before Women's Fitness took over.
It is a lot cleaner now and it seems to run more smoothly.
It is also a lot more cliquey than it used to be. It is overcrowded, parking is so bad that sometimes people park illegally.
It is hard not to bump into anything.
There are always new members joining so you cant predict how crowded a class will be. Sometimes there is not enough room in the studio so you can be squashed. new members at every class is disorienting. nothing feels familiar and the vibes change.
Most member are youngish although there are older members too.
It feels like a young women's gym.
It is uncomfortable. It is too busy. It is competitive.
It is mean.

Nilou has been training me two times a week ever since the beginning of April 2015.

In just a matter of few weeks I have already noticed significant results such as weight loss, changes in my body shape, increase in strength and fitness level. She is knowledgeable in terms of both fitness training and nutrition. My left knee was injured for a quite some time, with Nilou’s training now both my knees have became stronger than ever. I also get tips from her regarding healthy eating and beauty talks. She advises me about seeing Mahsa (the gym’s R.D.) and I am glad I did.

Don’t let her sweet smile fool you because she can be as tough as she can be. She pushes me harder once I reach my comfort level at the same time very workable in finding alternative effective workout exercises to work around my injury. I truly feel her genuine support for my well being.

Nilou is personable and very sweet, also demanding and adamant when it comes to work and getting results.

I enjoy being trained by Nilou and would absolutely recommend her to anyone who needs a personal trainer or simply someone to work with. THX Nilou!

I have been working out for a few years, but training with Masha was a different experience altogether!
Masha has helped enhance my knowledge, increase general physical strength and endurance, and provide support and motivation!
After few months of training with Masha, my sessions have resulted into a much more toned upper/lower body, enhanced muscle strength, and improved body posture.
She is an excellent trainer, very knowledgeable, fun to workout with, an encouraging and enthusiastic person in general.
Masha has challenging workouts and ensures her continued support and motivation!
I am very pleased with my results so far and I highly recommend her services! "

I met Sandra just over 2 years ago. I can say that training with her has been the best thing I have ever done when it comes to my fitness regime. I can honestly say that training with her has changed my body completely. Both inside and out. She has given me the confidence and above all the strength that I never thought I could accomplish. She is an amazing young lady with a lot of knowledge and compassion. I look forward to each and every one of my training sessions with her. And of course the feel good adrenaline I get after the session. She is truly an amazing individual. Keep up the good work, my awesome friend!

I took a leave from work for six months with the objective of achieving a better fitness level. Twice in two years I had experienced intense pain from a disk herniation. When I started training twice a week with Olesya, I was nervous about triggering pain and had never used gym equipment. She was able to guide me through exercises that made me feel strong and I didn't have any problems with the disk. I have also participated in a few of the classes offered; there is a schedule of various classes and the club is close to home for me. I can highly recommend Olesya as a trainer and I think most women I know would be happy with this club.

Monique and I started personal training in June, where my goals were to just lose weight. I didn't have any particular number in my mind, all I knew was that I wanted to loose weight. Now, just a week before my birthday in September I have lost about 12lbs from June and about 5% body fat. I am very shocked by these numbers because I didn't know I would be able to do it or not. When I was in doubt it was Monique who believed in me and pushed me to go harder and give my 100%. I am very happy with these results and I give all this credit to my personal trainer, as without her I wouldn't have been able to achieve my goals. Thank you so much for putting so much effort into me.

I've been a member of this gym for almost a year and have been working with a personal trainer for most of this time.

What I really like about the gym is the friendly staff, clean locker room and equipment, variety of classes and equipment, and accommodating hours.

Working with a personal trainer has made going to the gym more worthwhile for me. I noticed significant changes in how I look and feel after a few months. My personal trainer, Olesya, is a great motivator who really cares about helping her clients achieve their fitness goals.

I would definitely recommend this gym as well as personal training to anyone :)

I started my training program with Monique two months ago and I am amazed at the improvements in my overall fitness level. Recently, my family and I were camping to Killarney and rented a kayak. Previously I felt
very tired and had a sore back, arms and shoulders after, just 1/2 hour on the water. But this time everything was different! My daily routine left me refreshed, energetic and eager to go out again, with no muscle soreness or aches. Training got me to the level where I can really enjoy being outdoors. Thank you Monique!

This is a great facility! The hours are great, the equipment is new and there is plenty of it! The staff are friendly and smiling and the workout area is bright, clean and cheerful. There are TV's everywhere, as well as attached to many of the machines! The spinning classes are good fun and a great workout. There is always a lot of energy and noise coming out of the classes. The changing room is well appointed, large, loads of lockers and never dirty. I cannot think of a single bad thing to say about the Richmond Hill Women's Fitness club. There is no reason to stay home!

This gym is so pretty and clean. There's lots of equipment, however, for some of the weight machines there's only 1 of them so you would have to wait if someone else was on it. Other than that, I love this gym! The showers are awesome and they provide you with stuff like body wash, shampoo, lotion, hair dryer, hair spray.

This gym is awesome - the equipment is new, the individual TVs have a lot of channels and make working out more enjoyable, the gym is very clean and the staff is really friendly and welcoming. There area ton of fun classes and the hours are great. The bathrooms/change rooms are clean and very modern. I love coming to this gym, I'm so glad they opened a location in Richmond Hill.
