And over the years we had several different projects that required the hiring of a contractor for building and renovation work at our home. We hired Eric Martinet, Prince Home Care for the first of these projects, and were so pleased with the quality of his work and the overall experience we had with him that we were completely comfortable in having him quote on, and complete other work for us. Eric and his team has worked on the following at our residence: Summer 2010 – Constructed a pressure treated fence a 150' long to enclose our back yard.Winter 2012 – Basement renovation included demolition and construction for an office and bedroom.Spring 2013 – Demolition and reconstruction of a new pressure treated deck in our backyard.Summer 2013 - Demolition and reconstruction of a new pressure treated porch providing access to front and side doors of house.  We have been totally pleased with all the work that Eric has done for us over the years. This is why we were comfortable to keep having him come back to quote on the new projects that would come up from time to time. We always found the pricing for his work to be competitive, and while we expect to pay for extra work done, were very pleased that there were no big surprises when we got our final invoice.We found his work to be excellent quality, and solid in design.We really appreciated his suggestions at various points during the construction phases.We greatly appreciated the attention to site cleanup during the construction phases, and once the work was completed since we have little children. We would not hesitate to recommend Eric and Prince Home Care for any construction and renovation projects where a reliable, and honest contractor-handyman is required.
